Everything was excellent. Except the world loudest door on the dorm room. A simple slow moving door closer would solve this. Unfortunately 3 terrible nights sleeps as a result of a small oversight.

didn't expect amsterdam to be that small

Super great hostel! Loved it very much. The location of the hostel is really convenient and you could basically go to major attractions in Amsterdam by walking for a few minutes like the red light district, the Dam square and more importantly the Central station. Though it is a large room that has quite a number of residents, everyone respected each other’s privacy and they did not make loud noises. The receptionists were super nice and helpful and they spoke good English. I would definitely recommend this place to y’all.

I went for an earlier check in and they refused taking a day to reply so I tried to move my booking. They refused again even though they had rooms and at a higher price. In the end, I had to cancel my booking and they refunded nothing. They are not customer friendly at all. Definite a 1 star experience.

Ambiance sympa voire festive selon l’heure. Préférez en soirée ! Bonne musique Service un peu long Prix élevés selon moi mais dans rue hyper touristique ça peu expliquer… Toute population Y sommes retournés deux fois lors de notre week-end
