The room was dirty and mouse infested, bathroom and sleeping area unfinished and mattress and pillow severely stained. There was never a room cleaning and there was mouse feces located in various areas of the room and despite notifying the staff, only given excuses as to why there were rodents, never offered to move rooms. Mouse caught in glue trap outside of room in radiator and had to endure a night of speaking as the rodent was dying and then left to decay, with odor coming from radiator. Was the worst experience. Bathroom toilet not always operational and water leaked from the back of the tank.

I’ve visited over 40 countries and stayed in plenty of hostels and bad hotels. This one pretty up there with bad hotels. How you located in a cold country and there’s no heater? Horrible! The bed cover isn’t big enough for two people, the room does not have enough space for two people to maneuver around and is always super cold. The WiFi is so slow that I turned off wifi and just used my signal from my phone provider from back home. I even shared personal hotspot with my girl because the wifi just wouldn’t work therefore she could not send emails nor get on meetings.

I was given a room at the top of their building which I didn't mind but the room was so full of mold I had keep the bathroom fan/light running entire time I spent in the room or within 15 minutes I was choking on the mold particles. Very nice people who own the hotel but that certainly didn't improve the condition of my room.

This place is a dump. It is conveniently located. That is only positive. 4 hand towels took the place of a bath towel. Stayed one week and they never replenished the small bar of hand soap. Room was dirty with broken mirror in bathroom and dripping plumbing. Other guests are very loud even upnto 2 a.m. Fronk desk closes and there are no phones in room to call and complain. Finally, beware if you arr on the third or higher floors. No elevator, comically narrow and steep stairs that could be dangerous if brringing a larger check piece of baggage. Strongly recommend against this hotel which appears to be a converted apartment building.

The hotel room we had was very small and tired. It must be many years since it was last renovated. The bathroom is one of the smallest I have ever been in my life. The main lobby of the hotel is fine and restful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, and close to many of the most interesting parts of Amsterdam. It is also quiet and feels safe.
