The hotel lobby was spacious and there was a restaurant on site as well as an elevator. We were able to check in early and freshen up before exploring which was awesome! The room was small, however the bathroom was surprisingly big. The windows opened for a breeze and there was a fridge (they brought us a fan too). I recommend earplugs if you have the windows open because of the noise. The location was great and convenient to everything and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage after checking out until we had to leave Amsterdam which was really nice!
So the front desk tried to give me a room with stairs, NOT once but twice. I insisted on a room without stairs. Finally got one around 4pmish.
Then the front desk manager did not inform me of when breakfast was and so even though I was awake around 8:30amish local time, I missed the breakfast.
Brought it to his attention (named Karim) and he pretended to be apologetic, but actually never apologised.
Be careful when selecting this property. I will not be staying their again. :(
