I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

Overall was an okay stay I feel more efforts need to be made for cleaning carpets needs to be steam cleaned glass shower doors were foggy not very clean switches for the lights were dirty needed cleaning but breakfast choices were good  Good tasting food but service at the restaurant not up to the mark water was missing from the table no Napkins felt more attention was given to the foreigners every paying customer is a guest needed equal attention restaurant staff needs more training in hospitality

The TAJ will always be the TAJ..from the time we arrived till we checked out..there is nothing to complain about❤️❤️❤️❤️ the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable..thanks to mr Ranjit for the upgrade and thanks to JAY and the team at the restaurant which always surprise us with something nice for bfast👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks to everyone at the TAJ for taking care of my Mom and Me🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

Excellent staff, very professional and courteous staff. Spotless clean hotel. Enjoyed and loved my stay. Food was excellent and absolutely delicious. Will visit again and agin. Worth the money.

The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional and made my visit memorable. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of your team were evident. Their attention to detail, willingness to assist, and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that exceeded my expectations.

Excellent hotel. Amazing breakfast , lovely pool as well. Not far from golden temple. Really loved everything about the hotel. They also helped me with early check in and late check out.

It was a beautiful experience at the Taj Swarna, Staff were pleasant upon arrival - quickly checked in and directed to the lift. Staff were presentable and approachable. Taj Swarna has all the required amenities for a nice stay, it is only outdated with furnishing. Location is very close to a mall within 3 mins of walking. Room service was good - a little bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was good.
