by far the worst hotel we have stayed at. 1st night was pleasant after that every day there was major air-conditioning issue. the room became dampned and ac was not working on 2 nights. after complaining for several times they finally shifted us in the middle of night that is 3am. day 2 it is same struggle. i would not suggest this place to any 1 as we had booked the suit which is their best room as they call it. but worst for us. room gets super hot. and they keep saying it will be repaired give 15 min. we were put up in 101. which is also very noisy. u can hear the phone ring at the reception all the time and not to forget the management thinks it is okay to shift furniture in the middle of the night waking their guest.

Pathetic experience - right from the start the experience was extremely poor. The staff here seems to work only at their convenience without any regard for the customers. The rooms weren't ready even at the check-in time of 2 PM because the staff was at their lunch break. Even the delux rooms were extremely cramped and smelly. Despite multiple followups, housekeeping team did not come to address any ask be it the locker not working or getting dental kits. I did not even get the third bed in one of the rooms despite having paid for it upfront. Restaurant/In-Room Dining team did not respond despite multiple calls and even after reception transferring the call to them. Definitely must avoid booking this hotel.

Wanted to narrate my most harrowing experience with this hotel and staff. Had my booking in this hotel for the 16th and 17th of March through make my trip. Suddenly the manager of the hotel called up saying our booking has been cancelled without any sense of apology or responsibility . Despite apprising him that we were few ladies who won’t be able to manage rooms at the last moment he simply hung up saying that make my trip will refund the booking money to us. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN FUTURE. The manager should be penalised for making us ladies go through so much of inconvenience and turmoil and we literally had to run pillar to post requesting for rooms. Our trip was screwed.

It’s not meet a 4 stars standard. Rooms are too small and no window.Bath room also too small and smelly. If you take a bath whole bathroom is wet and also toilet seat getting wet too. Tv not working and we complained about Air Conditioner not working. So technician told us may be we have to change the filter.

Restaurant services is Worst ever i have seen. We where group of 30pax and have booked with all meals. Due to change in our program 26 member went direct to Wagha Border and skip the lunch for what we have already paid. Only 4 member had Lunch and went to Wagha Border to join the group. we all came back by late evening and directly went for Dinner and seeing the menu 4 members where shocked to see the same lunch menu for Dinner they have place it. After having word with Mr.Gaurav (Manager in charge of restaurant) was not ready to accept the msitake they have done and ws arguing with us we prepare same menu for both time and other person was telling one of ther member we have this menu for your group. Food was also not good in tatase as it was prepare in the morning and same food for evening. Our 3 time food money wasted upon that Mr Gaurav answer we can do anything and say sorry. Ms Priya is the only one who hepled us from the day of booking from shifting booking from september to January as our Go Air flight was gounded. so suggestion try for some other options befoe booking this hotel Country Inn hall of Heritage.

Worst Hotel Wash Rooms they are very small, Hardly any leg space in WC. Rooms are fine, food is good, location is pretty good near Golden Temple, Durgyana Mandir and Major markets within 600-700 meters. Staff not receptive to guest needs. Front desk guy hardly caring about the issues faced in Room.

This is one of the worst properties in amritsar and they call themselves a part of carlson group which they are not and it's just the similar name they are using and even their website is not workable . the moment i stepped in they have given the room with no view even we booked superior room and also i have booked two twin beds and they informed that complete property don't have twin beds in the room and only king/ queen bed is available. now comes to the mr sarthak sharma who is working on front desk and when i have informed him he was rude and misbehaved with the senior citizen telling him this is the only room available in the hotel as it's sold out to which i informed that if i book a new room it's showing me availability. the rooms have no view and when you remove curtains you can see pots outside the window which is pathetic for anyone staying in the hotel. their management including general manager ms priya is not helpful and they just judge you from your personality and speak to you accordingly. no recommended to anyone going with family as they will ruin your holiday for sure . pathetic

Very unprofessional people sirting in there management dont know how to talk will disconnect the calls right over your face and decline the calls and way of taliking is very unprofessional even guest house staff have better sense. Will spoil yiur day and trips.

Location of hotel is good near to Golden Temple and Jalian wala bagh. Restaurent Zaffran serves tasty food which include all cusines.Room is well maintained and spacious. Hotel is well maintained and serves its claims. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful.
