They don’t clean room and refill the soap. Have to keep asking. Room was noisy and seems to keep having power trips. Have to keep asking for towels etc.
Location wise fantastic walking distance to everywhere.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel attentif et attentionné. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres. Le restaurant est également excellent et les serveurs très gentils. Le seul bémol : la connexion WIFI ne fonctionne pas vraiment. 😍

The place is clean and staff is courteous and helpful. Location is also very convenient and close to the heritage precinct. Has a great experience. The food is awesome and one ends up over eating. Will want to come back next time. Also close to business district

Hotel stay was pleasant. Travel desk was supportive. Staff maintained cleanliness and room service was good. Best is the location. Less than 5 minutes walk to golden temple and Jallianwala bagh. Markets too are nearby. Food options are also nearby.

We stayed for 3 night in March 2025 . Location is very good. Rooms and room service is nice Very nearby to golden temple jaliiannwala baug and full market in street Special mention to receptionist Rahul who made sure of our comfort stay Also to manraj travel desk manager who guided us very well and provided full transport for us Food at inhouse restaurant masala darbar is very tasty

The staff were very friendly. The room was very big & clean & beds were very big & comfortable.We gad a really goid night sleep. The shower was really good & powerful. The shower gel & body cream smelt beautiful . The towel rack, I think should be if a different place & not on top of the toilet. They had a lovely roof top garden which gave it that extra exclusive touch. The Chinese food was very tasty. Will be using the Golden Lagoon hotel again.
