Sehr Schlecht Erfahrung, bei Abendessen Buffet war’s Katastrophe, Service sehr sehr schlecht. Nexte Tag bei Frühstück haben wir Kuchen Chef Herr Bavan getroffen & bei Frühstücken beide Tag Er sehr aufmerksam gewesen. dahier 2 Punkte .. Sonst das Hotel ist Katastrophe. Alte Handtücher, Zimmer nicht sauber, in Restaurant Service ist Katastrophe… Erste Tag wars Abendessen sehr Schlecht, dahier haben wir 2. Tag nicht mehr dort gegessen. An amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available. A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers. Thank you.

Had a Very pleasant experience in the buffet as I was provided a very pleasant service by Mr Sohan. He was very approachable and professional. Even though it was a rush hour, he took time for us to take care of our needs and he was very polite. Thankyou

Clean property. Located in prime location within walking distance to many amenities. Staff is friendly and respectful Restaurant has excellent food and beverage options. Floor staff: andalib, suman, soman, prince, sunil, jeet took care of all my needs and food restrictions. Special thanks to Chef Sadab for making flavorful fresh food. Until next time…

It was our second stay at this hotel, and it has remained consistent in terms of its quality and service. The hotel seems to be a bit old but maintains a good and decent quality of rooms, and the washrooms are good. Service and hospitality are at their best. Even the options for food at the breakfast are really plentiful and very much above expectations. The best was the staff's greating for my IHG high level membership during the breakfast time. Feels really very nice. One star less due to the hotel ageing and still some minor improvements required.

A BIG NO I stayed there last week and i will not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel showed me what is a really bad experience. We had three rooms out of which one room we got post midnight explanation given ‘we are over booked’. About house keeping none of the rooms have any towels (both hand/bath towels) even after 7/8 call to house keeping we were not provided any. When at last we received they were very dirty almost grey in colour. So dirty that we did not even use them. We had to go to front office to ask for any kind of service and push them for everything. Felt like i stayed in a costly 2 star hotel.
