Fantastisk hotel, rolige omgivelser, fine værelser, dejlig pool område og god mad. Meget søde medarbejdere! Tæt på Golden temple og 40 minutters kørsel til Waga boarder.

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor pero eso no sería posible sin su magnífico personal que tienen, gente preparada, cualificada desde el chico de la recepción que nos dio toda la información necesaria para visitar , el policía de seguridad aunque no hablaba español era muy amable y por supuesto sin olvidar al chico del desayuno Mursalin que hizo de nuestros desayunos y cenas muy placenteros , estuvo atento en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido de 10. Las habitaciones están limpias e impecables. La comida del restaurante está deliciosa, las raciones son grandes y el desayuno es muy variado. Los trabajadores son todos muy amables (seguridad, limpieza, cocina, socorrista, etc.), pero me gustaría destacar el la actitud de Dipti, Salil, Piyush (recepción), Rajender, Vikram, Sajev, chef prince and abhinesh shubanshu (desayuno) y Ramandeep (cena) por ser con los que más trato hemos tenido, nos han explicado todo siempre con una sonrisa, agradables y humanos (perdón por los que no recordamos los nombres). Una noche hicieron una fiesta con locales y nos animaron a bailar con ellos. Es un remanso de paz dentro de la India.

No se nos ocurre mejor hotel en toda india. Nos hemos hospedado dos días (uno completo) y que pena no disponer de más tiempo aunque fuera para pasarlo simplemente en el hotel Esta impecable, ordenado, limpio y lleno de encanto. Respecto al establecimiento las habitaciones son de lujo, a todo confort para descansar del ajetreo y el caos del exterior. Camas cómodas con un baño que ya nos gustaría tenerlo en nuestra casa. El personal no puede ser más acogedor y agradable siempre servicia con una sonrisa , especialmente Dipti, Salil, Piyush (recepción), Rajender, Vikram, Sajev, chef prince and abhinesh shubanshu (desayuno) y Ramandeep (cena)

Experiencia perfecta. El sitio muy agradable y el personal excepcional. Sin duda merece un 10. El personal (Rajinder Vikram ebtre otros) muy atentos en todo momento. Si volviera no duraría en repetir .

This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. The hotel building itself is beautiful and historic, but the rooms feel very empty. The service is far from 5 star either, the staff are nice personally but they clearly don’t have training. There is a club at the hotel which completely does not match the “earthy, relaxing” vibe. I didn’t know about it and in my first night there was an event until 3 am, so I couldn’t sleep with super loud music. The rooms do not isolate sound at all so you can hear all the honks and music. I changed rooms the second night, the blinds were broken, AC had many issues and I ended up having another terrible sleep. The hotel is very expensive for Amritsar prices, NOT WORTH IT at all. They have a lot to work on before being able to charge such high prices, and if I knew better I would have chosen something else. Overall I would just say the vibes are not right, they should not be fully functional yet or charging these prices because they need to fix A LOT of things including staff training.

visited The Earth Amritsar on 12 May 2024 for Sunday Brunch for my Son's Birthday with 30 kids and have to say the service under Mr. Vikas the food the Ambiance was all praise worthy..... the kids had a blast and we look forward to coming back to this hidden gem 💎 very soon.

Excellent heritage hotel. Refined rooms and service. Very professional staff. Highly recommend. Wide menu with local and international opinions. Great ambience and fascinating design themes. Main visitor attractions are all in walking distance.
