「我是2大1小，定的時候沒想到需要加上孩子，所以，訂單上衹寫了2個大人。給的是單人上下鋪。第二天離開時被要求補40刀，因為入住遲到和沒告知有一個孩子（他們的意思是為了安全必須要告訴他們實際人數，可是我也沒有加牀呀）。我是真不知道最後checkin時間是晚上8點，衹看到訂單上寫下午2點-第二天10點退房。我是8點45到的，前台沒人了，關上門。實際上他們老兩口就睡在屋裡。打電話不接。也聯繫不上。還好，一位台灣同胞幫我不知道打的啥電話說明情況(老頭立刻就出來了，如果沒有同胞幫忙，我都做好在車裡睡一晚的準備了），可是也立刻被老頭子罵一頓，老太太是第二天早上出現的。。有廚房，可是洗臉的地方是冷熱水分開的。有其他外國人入住的都挺好的，就是我也聽不懂說啥態度不好。如果我來的早一點可能就是另外的待遇了。晚上7點從熱水沙灘到這裏，誰知道山路那麼難開，陰天又暗，誰也不是老出國呀。不過他們也不容易。相互理解。可是我要把情況說明。」
