安曼Umayyad Baths附近住宿

Disaster from the hotel. Upon arrival, it all began. When checking into the hotel, we received sarcastic comments about how we managed to get a room at such a low price. When we said that we used the code, they rolled their eyes. We changed rooms three times in the first hour. With the promise that the next one will be better. However, they could not provide us with the room that was shown in the pictures. It was said that only the 5th floor was renovated, but despite that, only the bathroom was renovated. When we compare the pictures with those on Booking, it is clear that instead of wooden floors, they have old, worn-out tiles, there is no TV, and curtains from the last century. We also wrote to the hotel about the parking space before the time of arrival. Through confrontations, they assured us that this would not be a problem. In the end, we were left without a parking space and had to park some 100m further on the road. In the morning, our car was scratched! Worst of all was the bedding. Dirty! Also traces of blood on the bedding. Finally, at breakfast, they asked us not to write a bad comment despite all this. Already during our stay, we contacted Booking in the hope of a refund, but the hotel refused us.

安曼羅塔納酒店是一家185米高的高檔酒店，位於約旦安曼的Al-Abdali區。環境優美，殷勤好客。靠近Abdali Mall大道，房間很乾凈。大家如需前往約旦，我推薦住在安曼羅塔納。UBER和Careem（出租車）可從安曼羅塔納開往任何地方。我問過，他們允許客人在酒店裡做飯，在齋月時期，在外面吃午餐是很難的。安曼羅塔納還有一個很好的健身房及遊泳池。ThreeSixty超市會給客人提供免費早餐，而午餐和晚餐則是在泳池邊的。

房間很乾淨,很舒服,工作人員也很棒,他們走過去,幫助我們住得愉快。我強烈推薦這家酒店給任何到市中心的人

From welcome to goodbye, We can't thank enough how friendly and warming the staff were! Just what a traveller needs, helpful and attentive staff throughout the Hotel. I couldn't remember all their names but everyone was so keen on making sure our stay was memorable. We are from Canada, and I have to say it is very SAFE in Jordan. The security steps the hotel makes is very reassuring! (& throughout Jordan). Having travelled now to Petra and The Dead Sea, the people of Jordan make you feel welcome. The rooms are very new, beds are very comfortable, and I really appreciated that they have universal AC plug ins no need for an adapter. ( check that your device is multi voltage 110-240 v otherwise u need a voltage converter). Thank you!

周圍非常安靜，商業很少。牀超大，就是太軟了。有自己的停車場，很方便。

酒店地理位置不錯,附近有不少咖啡館和商店。酒店本身也有餐廳和酒吧。 我們在這裏住了兩個單獨的晚上,以幫助我們前往佩特拉和瓦迪朗姆的旅行,並預訂了一次雙牀房和高級雙人間。值得花更多的錢購買高級房,因爲它有一個獨立的客廳區,有一張更大的牀,還有一個更大的淋浴。兩個房間都有迷你冰箱和一些價格合理的小吃。 我們很感激酒吧在一個體面的小時關閉,所以房間很安靜,但我們發現牀不是那麼舒服。 有一些項目可以改進,但我們覺得我們有一個體面的住宿,因爲它只是一個睡覺的地方。

我們在這家酒店有很好的經驗,工作人員很友好和樂於助人,酒店位於市中心,房間寬敞,設施齊全。自助早餐足夠了,物有所值,我確實推薦這家酒店。

設施：這個老牌酒店有些年頭了，雖然是本地很豪華的老牌酒店但是設施明顯陳舊； 服務：前台辦理Check in的員工不是很熱情，全程冷着臉（可能是我沒遇到對的人？）英語口音也很重，但是迎賓大哥們都超級負責+熱情，我們自駕住在那裡的2天裏每天衹需要把車開到大堂門口，迎賓小哥諮詢完房號就會接過鑰匙幫你泊好車然後保管好鑰匙（鑰匙並不還給你），出門時在bellman櫃檯那邊報一下房號小哥就馬上把車開到大堂門口給你，這服務流程真棒！ 環境：附近很多精品巧克力店+餐廳，其中有一家約旦本地連鎖炸雞漢堡店Hardee’s份量很大且超級好吃！去住的話有時間一定要去試試！

我在安曼的宜必思酒店度過了一個夢幻般的住宿。工作人員很友好和細心,讓我在整個訪問期間感到歡迎。房間乾淨,舒適,設施齊全,現代化的設施。位置方便,到附近的景點都很方便。我強烈推薦這家酒店,在安曼度過愉快而愉快的時光。
