安曼托裡諾飯店(Torino Hotel Amman)

A aimé · dans un quartier calme d'Amman, taxi pour le centre ville environ 3-4 JD. Ideal pour récupérer après une nuit blanche en avion.Belle chambre, calme, propre, café et thé à disposition. Personnel très aimable. N'a pas aimé · Peut-être dû au lendemain de fête nationale, le restaurant était fermé, nous avions commandé le petit déjeuner la veille, mais le lendemain rien n'était prêt. Néanmoins le réceptionniste a fait son possible pour nous commander un en-cas dans un restaurant proche, longue attente, il nous l'a proposé gratuitement, mais nous devions partir...

I've stayed here many times and what stands out the most is the exceptional service provided by management and staff. Their reservations and checkin hostess Eman is an absolute star and is so courteous and helpful. She is a huge asset to the hotel and is one reason I choose to return again and again.

The staff were nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was tasty. We arrived quite late in the night because of our flight but they were accommodating. However the room was a bit expensive for what it was. The room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, and the carpet was super old and matted. The bedsheets had some stains and the bathroom was also dirty (stains on the door). Walls were thin so we could hear the TV from the room next to us. OK for one night.

Hotel is Nice, just requires some Maintenance. Staff is always willing to Help. Bro Restaurant located at the hotel is pretty good. Meals are very tasty, and we can have the meals in a great outdoor área. Ghassan, in charge of the Restaurant, provides a great service and is always willing to attend new requests.
