Great staff!! Stayed during a snow storm. Wish they had decks of cards or board games for those staying to use. Room was decent. The beds were firm but good. Bedding was clean. The room clean except for a few things that I look for such as- Room was dusty, heater/ac filter overfull, the bathroom door frame had something splattered on it. Pool shower/bathroom was very dirty(toilet, sink, floor look like it had not been cleaned in a month). Hot tub is spacious and well kept. Same with the pool. Hotel aesthetic is wonderful, does not feel institutional, it feels homey.

We had a suite which was a great set up and a lot of room. But the front room had no ac/heat and it was miserably hot. In January. Had to crank the a c in the bedroom to try to cool front and then that room was freezing. Couldn't get the cable tv to work in the front room. The pool was dirty and gross. They had just repainted and some smoke detectors were missing. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly. Knew it was a budget lower star hotel but wouldn't stay again.

Customer service hands down-was 1 of the best we’ve ever had! Awesome experience! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, & my kids LOVED the indoor pool! Breakfast was good as well! Showers are HOT!! You control your room temp! Very welcoming environment! We were from New Mexico-it was Christmas Day-we were driving home from Charles city, IA—it was raining & starting to snow—we still had a 15hr drive—1st time ever to visit this side of the USA! Which had our anxiety a bit high! Thankfully we felt safe enough to have my kids(13,14,16)come & go as needed!

Hotel was clean. Met expectations. Breakfast ok.. My only comment would be the bedding was poorly made up with sloppy looking sheets and a very light covering. Actually had to turn up the room heater as there were no other blankets

The beds were overly hard and only had 2 thin flat pillows luckily we brought our own and our own blankets ans the provided ones were very thin. There was no room to eat breakfast and the juices were hot not even tepid. Also, the water had a funny smell and the room was super noisy.

Very clean and comfortable. Did not arrive until after 11:00pm and check-in was still quick and easy.

Very clean. Could be updated to have usb ports. The table in our room could use repair; very wobbly otherwise very nice stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Check in was super easy. Room was right next to door. Hot tub was open and working. It felt wonderful.

Stay at a homeless camp before booking here! 200 for a stay here is crazy! Books a king and they only had two twins- no hot water or working TV I wish I could get my money back
