We booked two rooms for my bday for one night, rooms were quite impressive, geysers were not working properly,service was top notch, but the the main element of any holiday is Food, I sorry to say it wasn’t edible at all, the breakfast buffet was a joke, variety in buffet was like a oyo standard hotel, the food was quite expensive. If you still want to enjoy this property please carry your own food else your holiday will be ruined.

The premises are beautiful, but It's not a 5 star hotel and definitely not worth the money. Note that the hotel is 40 minutes away from the city center and if you want to go out, the hotel has to order you a taxi, which will take at least one hour to arrive (Ola and Uber have no taxis in the area) *We had such a bad experience, that the hotel promised a 20% reimbursement that after one month chasing them, still has not happened (after many excuses) - Details below: (1) Wifi is non-existent and despite asking many times to fix it, the problem was unresolved throughout our 2-day stay (2) Entry to the spa is at additional cost (steam, sauna, indoor pool) (3) For two nights in a row there were extremely loud parties run by guests in their room that could clearly be heard from the villas. Despite promising that the parties would end soon, they lasted until the early hours of the morning. When complaining about it at reception during check out, they explained how they expected us to move rooms at 2am (which wasn't even offered to us at the time) so that we wouldn't hear the music, rather than ensuring the quiet atmosphere the hotel promises to their guests (?!) (4) None of the pools are heated (unlike other hotels we’d stayed at in the area) so we couldn’t use our villa’s pool (5) The phone in our room wasn’t working so we were unable to call reception when we needed something. So we tried calling the hotel directly from our mobile phones, that also wasn’t working.

The hotel itself is very impressive - the grounds are very lovely. BUT, the service is far from that of a 5 star hotel; (a) We didn't receive the room that we had booked and the neither the room phone nor the hotel landline were working to ask them to move us to the correct room. (b) The wifi was not working for our 2-day stay. (c) There was a party run by some guests in their room for 2 nights in a row, until around 3am, which the hotel took no actions to close down (d) We were offered a minimal refund as an apology for 2 nights of disturbed sleep, which 6 weeks later has still not arrived Not the hotel's fault but the location means that if you would like to leave the premises in the evening, you must wait 1-1.5 hours for a taxi to arrive (uber and ola don't work in the area). We later moved to an even more beautiful hotel in the heart of Jaipur with impeccable service and genuinely lovely staff.

Staff Behavior is Terrible. no valet parking was there. overall our experience was not good. not value for money. not suggested to any one.the Hotel has one major problem: it is exuberantly overpriced for what you get. Hotel’s poor customer service left a very bad experience. very rude staff .

Première expérience en Inde fabuleuse!!!!... Hotel magnifique , très confortable cuisine excellente aussi bien continentale que locale , personnel acceuillant et très bon emplacement pour visiter le fort d 'Amber .. Je conseille vivement cet établissement

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille inoubliable dans ce resort de luxe,l accueil fut chaleureux on s est tout de suite senti au pays des Maharajas,les villas sont magnifiques avec piscine privée et jacuzzi, Nous avons eu l enchantement d assister à un mariage somptueux lors de notre séjour Un rêve éveillé,je recommande bien plus que ces palaces aux alentours qui ne sont beaux qu en surface.Un paradis avec une excellente cuisine,le chef est au petit soin Très professionnel Escale obligatoire sur Jaipur
