We had an amazing time at the Addison. Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere in downtown historic Fernandina. The breakfast was great! Happy hours nightly on the house. Room was comfortable and well appointed. The innkeepers were super helpful and friendly! We loved our stay!!

The Addison on Amelia is a wonderful Bed & Breakfast. We loved our room. It was charming, plush, comfortable and really clean. I had ordered a chilled bottle of wine and a fruit/cheese platter for when we arrived. It was in our room and perfect for relaxing on our private porch…especially after being in the car for several hours. The owners, Ron and Lisa couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. We highly recommend The Addison on Amelia.

This is such a beautiful B&B! We enjoyed every minute that we were there. The room was spectacular, the hosts were enthusiastic in their hospitality, and the breakfasts were delicious. We were able to walk everywhere we needed and even just relax on the veranda with an afternoon glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again.

We used to live on Amelia Island in the 90's and want to stay there again when we were there. We enjoyed the out stay at the Addison and would stay again next time we are on the island. The owners Lisa and Ron were wonderful and provided helpful hints to enjoys the area.

What a beautiful inn. The grounds and structures are in perfect shape. The room we stayed in (#6) was not in the main building and it was fantastic. Clean, quaint, comfortable. The main house was also beautiful. Lisa and Ron (owners) were super helpful and friendly. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and we really enjoyed the 5pm wine social hour with the other guests. Met several interesting people. The inn's location is perfect. Short walk to all the downtown activity, but far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. We borrowed their cruiser bikes and rode along Egan's Creek trail, which I highly recommend. The beach is walkable (2 miles), but we drove it. Parking was easily available up and down the shore and the beach itself was great. All-in a great experience for us.

This was our 3rd visit celebrating my 70th birthday. The owners, Lisa and Ron are exceptional hosts providing a calm and serene atmosphere with a beautiful courtyard and rooms. The happy hour is an extra benefit along with a healthy breakfast to start your day. The Addison is conveniently located within walking distance to the historic downtown with its boutique shops and restaurants.
