This hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. I gave it a 3 star because you have to call for an iron and hair dryer, they are not in room. I also did not like the fact there was no heater, fan or ac in the rooms and I like circulating air to sleep. Breakfast was good you can ask them to make you fresh eggs. Everyone was very nice and this hotel was super clean. I recommend if your okay with the no circulating air.

this location was terrible the service was not great and it was lacking customer service, i do not recommend this place at all. They do not make anything clear at check in, they do not tell you about any of the amenities and they are the worst

This hotel needs a renovation, it was good before not anymore, old furniture, old small tvs , simple is get in old

Este hotel es emblemático en la ciudad, por eso lleva su nombre, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad con una impresionante vista hacia el río Ambato Cuenta con tos los servicios, ascensores parqueadero desayunos incluidos buena atención y habitaciones limpias, No se si el hotel estaba lleno cuando yo fui, pero me asignaron una habitación con vista hacia la calle Guayaquil, si tienes la oportunidad de ir, pide una habitación con vista al rio, caso contrario escucharás toda la noche el sonido de carros y la bulla de un bar karaoke que está frente al hotel y tu descanso será nulo
