安巴朗哥達R級飯店

Zum Ende einer Rundreise durch Sri Lanka haben wir hier die letzten 4 Nächte verbracht. Das kleine Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Man könnte den ganzen Tag aufs Wasser schauen und würde nicht genug bekommen. Unser Zimmer ist mit etwa 60 qm riesig. Separate Dusche, Jakuzzi-Wanne sowie eine geräumige Sitzecke. Eine große Terasse zur Meerseite rundet alles ab. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist bei der Hitze erfrischend und es gibt ausreichend Liegen. Sonnenschirme habe ich nicht gesehen, wir haben dann Schatten unter den Palmen gefunden. Sehr positiv ist das gesamte Personal zu beschreiben. Alles wird möglich gemacht, immer herzlich und freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft, liebevoll angerichtet und Wünsche werden erfüllt. Das perfekte Ende für eine schöne Reise. Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We chose this hotel to spend the last few days of our trip to Sri Lanka. It didn't look very attractive from the outside and was close to the main road. But our driver had introduced us to the young lady working at the front desk of this place before we arrived. As he said, she was very kind and friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, they welcomed us very warmly and had prepared the best rooms for us. (Upstairs and downstairs) The rooms were very comfortable. There was also a beautiful sea view. The restaurant owner tried to fulfill all our food needs and the young lady at the front desk (Sadhana) was always there to help us make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She also arranged a boat ride for us and arranged the best time to go for it. But the cause of concern was an incident that we faced on our last day. There was some mistake with the food bill we received the day before, and I informed Sadhana about it. She listened to my problem very well and met the restaurant manager with me to discuss the problem. However, he did not help me as I expected. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the lady from the office came to me and told me that the items on the bill were overpriced and that I could get a small amount of the overcharged amount back. Suddenly, another person came there and asked about my question and started cursing me in a very bad way. I don't remember his name exactly. When I asked him his name, he also started cursing me and my husband in a very bad way. He was a high-ranking official of that hotel.Sadana somehow intervened in our problem and resolved it for us. But apart from her, no person from the institution spoke to us until we left.we are really disappointed about that hotel.
