阿馬裡洛市中心希爾頓安泊飯店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Amarillo Downtown)

We got to the property around 10:15 after a 12 hour drive with a 2 year old. When I went to check in I was told there were no rooms. Turns out they were still cleaning a bunch of rooms and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes before a room was available. There were a lot of other people waiting too. The communication and service was awful.

They were having a lot of issues at this property over holiday weekend. Two of the three elevators were out of commission and the third was having issues on the morning we left. The air conditioner in the restaurant was not working on Sunday evening and it was very hot in there. We heard reports of the hot tub not working and some who didn't have hot water in rooms. Our water was just a little over luke warm. On Sunday evening the desk clerk on duty verified our parking ticket and told us if we left the parking garge to bring in the new ticket and it would also be validated. We did leave the parking garge to find a restaurant that was more comfortable for dinner and when we brought our new ticket to the front desk Monday morning to have it validated we were told by a different clerk she would only validate the ticket if we paid an $18 fee for validating a second ticket. This clerk also stated she is "not an engineer" when asked if the elevators were going to be fixed anytime soon. We had stayed at this hotel in May and had a much better experience except for the dinning area which was very warm when we had breakfast during that visit. We expected more from the staff and the hotel. It was very disappointing.

No daily room service, you MUST ask for new/clean towels and toilet paper. While hotel is fairly new it looks to be poorly maintained. Breakfast was barely eatable, juices were watered down, coffee was good, eggs were hard and crusty, seemed like they were made at 4am and put on hot plate until 6am. In room TV did not work. We would NOT stay again.

We were given a room that was already occupied, we literally keyed into a room where other people were sleeping. Then we were given a smaller room, with less beds. When I spoke to the manager about it in the morning, she did not apologize or offer anything.

Booked but when I arrived (late at night), found out that my room had been given to someone else. The hotel did find me another place to stay, which I was grateful for, but after many hours of driving it was the last thing I wanted to deal with

Valet parking was a joke. Bad service $32 and then they charge a $1.60 Technology Fee. What broke loser dreamed that up?

Terrible service. Rude front desk personnel. We won’t stay here again. Too many other better options at this price point.

They literally messed up every part of the check in process and we’re completely unapologetic about it.
