Great place to stay perfect location very close to the civic center and many covenant places

The hotel was nice. However I had called and asked that my room and my 2nd room be put next to each other as my kids were staying there. The lady I spoke with said I she is going to assign my rooms while we spoke on the phone that way it is available when we arrive. 5 days later when we arrived there was no record of that conversation and they put us in separate floors. We had 1135 which is right be the hotel side entrance door. People would slam the door all night and early in the morning. Additionally the laundry for the hotel is right there. Those dryers and washers spinning was heard all the way in our room. It wasn't what I expected seeing as I paid more this hotel. The front desk did comp us breakfast for the room confusion. I didn't bother complaining about the room as we were only there two nights.

We stopped at four points Amarillo on our way to and from Colorado and we loved the cleanliness of the rooms. We'll definitely stay again.

The staff were the best part. The check in clerk was efficient, kind, and funny. Check out took about 5 seconds. Room was neat and clean. The only thing that was lacking was the bathroom door. It got hung up when trying to close it, leaving a gap of four inches. It had to be jerked free to close it. Form over function with a sliding door.

Parking is not good with limited spaces. Several are not even within 200 ft of entry. Several are under a sign where birds nest and the cars there were plastered with poop. The rooms are comfortable but with limited carpet if someone wore hard soled shoes you could hear the gait like galloping horses.

I like that the property seemed newly updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to pick something to change it would be a more powerful shower spray. I would recommend and return.

It was very comforting and I love the whole safety about it. The environment was so great and postive.

There was a crusty towel left from the previous guest hanging over our shower curtain rod, the bed wasn’t made up all the way, the room layout was weird. The only thing keeping the rating this high is that it was a cheap room.
