智選假日套房飯店阿馬裡洛(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amarillo)

여러 나라에 있는 호텔이라 그런지 시설이나 방 상태 등 머물기 좋았습니다. 출장 시 이용하였는데 놀러왔을 때도 이용하면 좋을 듯 합니다.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel had no wifi available and hot water didn't work in the shower. I've never complained about a stay in a hotel, but this one got me obviously worked up. My subtle suggestion on checkout didn't seem to phase them so here I am writing a negative review for the first time in my 43 years. Disappointing.

I switched rooms 4 times to get a working safe in the room. At that point my security was comprimised and everyone knew i wanted a safe. Dont stay here if you are transporting anything valueable. I stayed in the room the entire time.

I didn’t even get to stay at the property because they canceled my reservation before I could get to check in. And then lied about calling me to get a card on file. And by the time I could get to the property they were completely booked.

I went to check in an got my room. When to room and someone was cleaning the carpets and would not5 be done for 2 hours. went to front desk was told I would have to pay for a different room. Ordered no refund. Was very rude. Then the room I ordered online was not the room she tried to give me. So was double charged, kids running around all night trashing the place.

We reserved a room with a roll in shower, as I am in wheelchair. Desk person checking us in said sorry, gave that room away. Didn’t care at all that we were given a room with a tub. Desk person was rude and less than helpful at all. We reserved this type of room on 4/14/21, and still got wrong room. I still have 6 more stays at various Holiday Inn Express over the next month. Rooms with roll in showers. I hope this is not an indicator of what’s to come.

Cost for room was outrageous!!

The beds were too small, sink and tub water went too slow!!

Super easy to check in! My boyfriend and I had our trailer, and two vehicles! They were safe at night and the area was properly lit even at the back of the building (where we parked)
