普瑞米爾曼徹斯特奧特林厄姆飯店(Premier Inn Manchester Altrincham)

Nos alojamos allí de casualidad porque nos cancelaron el vuelo. Llegamos agotados después de un día completo en el Aeropuerto de Manchester, donde la aerolínea Jet2 nos dejó literalmente tirados sin vuelo ni alojamiento, aun teniendo a una persona en una condición delicada. En el hotel nos recibieron muy bien (Yvonne) y fueron muy amables ocupándose de reservar un taxi para el día siguiente al aeropuerto. La sorpresa llegó a la siguiente mañana con Greta, que hablaba español y fue encantadora en todo momento, teniendo especial deferencia con nosotros y empatizando con la situación complicada en la que nos encontrábamos. Ojalá en otras empresas aprendieran del magnifico trato al cliente del personal de este hotel. Por cierto, tenían pan sin gluten, cosa que es de agradecer!!

Room was warm, the bed was very comfortable. Just what we needed after a day visiting a local attraction. Good evening meal, good breakfast, set us up for another day exploring.

Frequent business traveller to the area and this a cracking hotel. Staff at all times are brilliant, nothing is ever a problem. Breakfast and dinner staff are doing a great job and a credit to the hotel. Food at breakfast and dinner is excellent and all freshly cooked. Nice comfy beds in all rooms. It's not a decadent place so don't expect anything fancy, but a good sleep and a good meal with top staff makes up for that.

This is probably the worse premier inn I have ever stayed in. The windows don’t shut. The floor is dirty. The curtains are dirty and it’s very dusty. Hand soap dispenser has broken Pillows have stains on no pillow protector. Shall not be staying here again. Travel lodge is far cleaner in Altrincham. Shame no availability.. This room is nowhere near worth £95 for one night

Nothing major to say, car park is decent, staff were lovely, room was basic. Could do with a refurb as all looking a bit tired and run down but overall everything as I expected. I didn’t eat there, bed was comfortable as expected and everywhere was very clean.

The staff at this hotel work very hard and they are great. The hotel is tired but clean. The bedrooms are boiling hot.

Hotel run down no air con in rooms far to warm they did have a fan but all it did was blow hot air round the room never got much sleep

Second time in this hotel, our stay was exceptional and the room was clean an beyond comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Many thanks to Greta who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is tired and run down and certainly not up to Premier Inn standards Upon entering room 117 the smell of damp and mould immediately hits you. Room looks dirty and the bathroom was the worst I've ever seen. It was late at night when I arrived so had no option but to stay. Continental breakfast was a let down, evening meal was OK however. Only positive about this stay was the staff. Overall certainly wasn't worth £125 per night
