Walking distance to all dinning areas , ice cream , public beach and boat launch. Live music on the gazebo, fire works, ice landing strip, Enjoy the lovely lake where you can have fun, fish & relax. Dock may be available with additional charge as well. Garage space if needed. Perfect lil’ Spot The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.

Cozy Cottage Was Comfortable and Convenient My wife and I had a great week at the Cozy Cottage. Loved the location. Although it is described as cozy, it was plenty spacious for the two of us and our Corgi.

Gorgeous view! The Cozy Cottage was exactly as shown and described online. Great location, close to everything you might want to see or do. The beds are super comfortable as well! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee and watching the boats pass by. The location is great and walking distance to restaurants was a plus!
