For a 3 star hotel this is excellent. We had to check out of our villa at 10am - but with a late evening flight home we needed somewhere to dump our cases and enjoy a pool somewhere for the day. We booked this (had to phone due to strange check in/out that we needed) we booked the room from 10am-7pm , obviously we had to be charged for the full day (80 euros) what a bargain! We weren't expecting much but we are pleasantly surprised (writing this sat by the peaceful pool ). Room is large and very clean - can't vouch for.comfort of bed as we won't be sleeping in them). This would make a great, value for money, base and you wouldn't be disappointed with pool and bar - we were feeling a bit deflated coming from a beautiful villa with private pool to a small hotel - but we love it! Staff are very helpful and friendly. If your looking for a good value hotel - this is it!

Our holiday has been totally ruined by the masses of drunken yobs who drink from morning till night, have no regard or respect for anyone else trying to relax. The pool area full of men drinking and reception the same. Karaoke and loud music, absolutely dreadful. Woken all hours of the night when the drunks come back, brawling in corridors, shouting, slamming doors, shouting across balcony’s. All the rooms face the pool area so there is no getting away from the noise. We picked a high floor room but it really makes no difference. This is not for families, anyone who wants to relax and definitely not children . Their behaviour is disgusting . There are a lot of golfers but loads of stag do’s . The hotel is ok, very dated but rooms ok. Pool freezing. There is a hot tub but can’t get in as full of men drinking in it and hate to think what else !! Indoor pool is lovely. Food basic but breakfast nice and staff quite friendly I only wish they would do something about the ones ruining it for everyone else. Management does nothing to stop it . It’s more an 18-30’s holiday camp. I will never ever return. Couldn’t wait to come home to get some sleep. Do not waste your money. If I could give zero stars I would.

Amazing, only one thing spoils the visit. 😔 It's 12 30 am and all we can hear is kids running (thump thump ) along the corridor to obviously get to their rooms. Staff, remind people so late to be respectful. Parents, stop being so selfish. People are in bed. Everything else has been amqzing, restaurant, cleaning and bar staff absolutely amazing. Place is spotless,friendly and would come back.

The rooms were clean, spacious and room serviced daily. I told the hotel in advance that I was gluten free and they looked after me very well at breakfast ( we were B and B only) but also accommodated other meals. There was good choice in the lunch and evening meal menu. The food was very good and staff very friendly and accommodating. There is a free shuttle bus to the marina across the road and a local bus goes to Albufeira from a bus stop 10 minute walk away. Not much to do in the immediate area unless you’re a golfer/sports person so recommend car hire, but there are day trips you can book on at Vilamoura Marina. The Algarve is beautiful. We are coming to the end of our 10 night trip at this hotel. We are staying in a standard double room and this has been very comfortable. Inside the hotel is beautiful! Beds in rooms are spacious and bed linen changed every day alongside new towels. Although we were staying on street view rooms there was only one night I was disturbed of sleep and this was very brief as people made their way back to their apartment building. There was always plenty options at breakfast and food was really lovely. I cannot comment on dinner as we did not have this included. Pool area is very relaxing and lots of loungers - although the music by the pool was really repetitive and by personal preference, we would have liked more variety as it became boring. Also, for a four star hotel a plug next to the mirror would have been expected? We had a really relaxing massage in the spa here too with a lovely view! The beach is close, lots of bars and restaurants around a 5-10 minute walk away. Old town is not far in a taxi. In our experience the staff were very helpful and if we were to return to this part of Portugal we would definitely consider here again!
