The lobby was closed for construction so you had to check in through a little window. When I booked my room one of the reasons I chose this place is because it said it had a free breakfast. There wasn't any breakfast at all because the lobby was closed. When I asked for a late check out I was told that would cost me for that. I suggested they do it for free since I didn't get any breakfast and they just looked at me and said you have to pay for a late check out. I was checking out on a SUNDAY, you know when most people do, when the hotel is probably the slowest. I could understand a Friday or Saturday but not Sunday. I have never been refused a late check out and have never paid for one. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud i probably woke up everyone in the rooms around me. On Friday night there was a group of younger kids making a lot of noise by the pool (right outside my door) once at 2:20 am and then again after 3:00 am. I, not your employees had to go out there and tell them to quiet down. All in all one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had and I travel quite a bit.

People at the front desk didn’t have my room ready and had to wait for them to check if the room was clean or not. Plus the room they advertised is way bigger than the little tiny room I got. I couldn’t even stay the whole night and left to find a bigger room.

Worker walked into the room without knocking by surprise. Body hair from previous stays in the shower. No hot water in the shower. Blankets had cigarette burns. At 8am there was no breakfast available when speaking to staff they said they had nothing more and ignored my family. Worst hotel stay ever.

Wonderful stay, lady in the front with the heart glasses was sweet and perfect at her job. Definitely will be back again, and the management is top notch! Keep up the good work everyone!!

I am VERY POSITIVE that I booked a non-smoking room via *******. When I arrived, I was told that I booked a smoking room. However, there were three other guests there at the exact same time as me that had the same issue. I wondered if it were possible that ALL FOUR of us had made the same error via *******. The next morning when I went to check-out, I learned that it just so happened all of the non-smoking rooms had been booked and all they had were smoking rooms. To me, that feels a little coincidental. Also, was told by the night-time desk clerk that they would be able to hold my luggage for me after check-out in the morning so that I could do some shopping before returning to get my things and head to the airport. But in the morning, the daytime desk clerk told me they don't do that. The room and bathroom WERE indeed clean but the smell of smoke was quite overwhelming and despite doing what I could (spraying Febreeze on the curtains, bedding and around the air, my clothing still came away smelling like stale smoke the next morning. Also, you should know that even after booking at a good price via *******, the hotel itself charges a $50 deposit that is non-refundable if you check out after 11AM; thus requiring you to go to the front desk in person and officially check out by 11AM in order to receive your money back. I was able to do so, however, it is highly inconvenient and WAS a surprise to me. Thankfully, I had my debit card with me with plenty of funds available.

very convenient place to stay, breakfast options were satisfactory and the new renovations on the rooms make the place look and feel better than before, would recommend for vacation!

Bugs in the bathroom, rips in the sheets, had to request to get the room cleaned and then even still very difficult to get someone to show up. Never again.

I would have give a 3 star rating but Hotel states offers breakfast in morning but only thing they offered was a few slice of toast, jelly or butter Coffee & tea and little bit of orange juice. The rooms where clean but smells light cigarettes.

This place is for smokers, i noticed the property has been renovated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, if you're not a smoker run, the fact that they allow smoking outside, the customers will step in front of your door to smoke and it'll reach your room. Someone did that close to my room, i couldn't breathe.
