洒店服務人員態度很好，地方位置不錯，房間寬闊，蠻舒服的

地址是不錯，但是不在鬧區

A pretty good hotel overall! The location is convenient — there are food options on both sides, so finding something to eat is easy. There’s even a Mixue (ice cream & drinks) nearby, which is super convenient for a quick treat. Great for a short stay or a transit stop. Recommended!

The 100% poor thing is room super noisy! The bird stay next to the window. The sound comes repeatly (wu wu wu) The second noisy sound come from the road (the car, lorry. motorcycle.....) You can't even sleep well... I'll not stay again next time. No enough sleep no energy all day

Kami sekeluarga amat berpuas hati dgn percutian kami kali ini.. dapat menginap di hotel yg harga berpatutan tp memuaskan.. sekiranya kami ke Alor Setar Kedah lg..pasti Kami akan booking hotel dgn trip dan menginap di the laverage lite hotel.

location - excellent cleanliness - excellent nice experience～

The cleanliness need to improve. The bedside can see dusts and when we check in the room, the toilet floor was wet. Lobby a lot of mosquitos. No friendly for the guest who bring infant or child below 6 yrs old. The washbasin expose two sharp corners.

Travel solo. For a business trip. Hopefully the staff can be well checked about the cleanliness. For a short trip it is okay to stay. Far from the city centre. However it is near to Jetty Kuala Kedah.

Perfect to sleep. Hot shower, functioning ac, nearby amenities. Recomended.

good deal on trip. All is well & staff very friendly. just want to comment about towel, its small & perforated. we got only drinking water, not mineral water. thats all

Kawasan berhampiran bandar. Bersebelahan Cu mart. Keadaan bilik ok. Bilik ada tingkap tapi tak ada grill. Risau anak buka tingkap. Tiada lift. Lain2 ok

Nice location, helpful staff, fast check in but cleanliness could be improved

This is already lot of times that ive book this hotel. It’s reasonable price. Room are very good. Clean. The room cleaning guy are very polite. Most recommended in alor star. The one that in mergong are lots smaller.
