"Stay away! I called yesterday evening to ask about the price. Less than 12 hours later, I called again today to make the booking. The price was 20% higher, with no excuse other than, "It's July and I won't book for that price". The manager's attitude was implying that I was lying! When I tried to complain about how unprofessional this was, he said I was trying to satisfy my ego. He hung up the phone on me! Unprofessional, dishonest, absolutely rude!!!!! I then booked at the 4 Seasons Hotel, who were extremely polite and very professional."

"We chose this hotel since it is considered one of the best in the area. I was not disappointed since the room was big and well equipped, clean and the lady was very kind and helpful. However I consider it overpriced for what it offers and for the period we visited it (there was one more room busy the days we stayed). The breakfast was average, not so many choices but good quality. We tried the salt cave which was nothing special according to us. The location is good, on the main street of the village. I may choose it again if I visit the area but not blindfold this time."
