399 Rua dos Pinheiros Everything in the house was as advertised, it was clean and equipped with everything that was needed for our stay. Don't recall seeing it in the description but it came equipped with a couple of Sonos speakers which was a welcome find.Also handy was that it was a 15 min walk to both the beach and supermarket

Enjoyed our stay The villa is in a great location, near to the Praca, beach and Royal Golf Club. The Management team were very responsive and helped very quickly with a couple of issues that cropped up during the stay, and the cleaners arrived every few days.The villa was a good size, and the garden and pool were both very good.Don't be put off by some of the very negative reviews. While the Villa would benefit from some modernisation, we all enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value.There were a few nice additions, like Sonos speakers, table tennis, new gas BBQ and modern furniture in the living room. Oh and the Air Con was very good too!
