Comfy layout with a full kitchen, dining space, living room & bedroom w/ queen bed & small work station if needed. Living room has a queen murphy bed w/ privacy curtain. One stall attached garage. Washer/dryer in the basement. Walking distance to bars, restaurants & both the Fox River Trail & East River Trail. 10 Minute Drive to the Packer's Lambeau Field.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Remove Used Sheets

Decent location and fairly close to where we planned to travel during our visit. Awesome response time to questions and assistance. Rental was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Allouez visit
We liked the quiet dead end and room for a boat to park easily! NIce for a quick visit and the murphy bed was suprisingly comfortable.

Packer Game
Perfect cozy place to stay! It’s about 15 minutes to Lambeau Field. Quiet neighborhood and had all amenities! Loved it and definitely would stay there again!

Green Bay Stay
The only issue I had .. and it was minor .. was that the check-in email had the wrong access code. I contacted Elysia, who came over straightaway & got things squared away. She also texted me with info on local grocery stores & restaurants. I would stay there again.

Small and Cozy is all that was needed.
Great location, well kept property with all the amenities one needs. Owner was responsive when needed. Hope to return upon my next visit to Green Bay.
