This was the perfect experience. Being a north Indian, and coming here with whole family. The owners treated us so well. The hospitality, The breakfast food, The rooms, everything just so perfect. Highly recommended whether you come with family or friends. And best part, they have artificial rain system here too for perfect experience

We absolutely loved the relaxed feel of this place. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is just brilliant, a real sun trap. The food was great too. We had a beautiful room. Yes there is a flyover just outside which is such a shame. But it did not detract from a fabulous stay. Great if you want a little escape from the business and having a bar is a huge bonus in this part of the world.

We recently stayed at the Classic Regency Alappuzha during our family vacation in Kerala and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the hotel itself was decent, the lack of proper customer service and amenities significantly impacted our stay. Pros: The hotel location is convenient and the property is clean. Cons: Lack of Amenities: We booked a room for two adults and one child (12 years old). Upon arrival, we found an extra bed, but no additional amenities such as extra towels, pillows, face towels, water bottles, or coffee mugs. Despite our repeated requests, these items were never provided. Unresponsive Staff: The hotel staff were largely unresponsive to our needs and requests. This lack of attentiveness and willingness to help was very disappointing. Breakfast Issues: The breakfast buffet was quite underwhelming. Most items were served cold, and the limited hot items were only available upon request, which was time-consuming and inconvenient. It was not the kind of breakfast service one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Poor Customer Service: Overall, the staff did not seem to care about the guests. The indifference and lack of basic hospitality were evident throughout our stay. This experience was frustrating and did not meet our expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would strongly advise the management to improve their customer service and ensure that guests' needs are promptly and adequately addressed. Until then, I would not recommend Classic Regency Alappuzha to other travelers. There are better options available in Kerala that offer superior service and a more pleasant stay.

We had a pleasant stay in the house boat and the food was soo good that our tummies were full. The crew members were friendly and explained about the other activities and we enjoyed it a lot.

If you are looking for a perfect getway to somewhere peaceful alleppey is the place especially at sterling lake palace. I travelled solo and couldnt thank the staff enough for making it a memorable one for me. They were so kind and always ready to help. The resort is beautiful with very good amenities. Food is lovely too Thank you tooo Alush, Shahini, Aju santosh TK,Sabu and Abhilash from the restaurant as well as Manoj who got me safely and comfortably to the airport. Not forgetting the wonderful Ayurvedic spa they have thanx Dr Vishnu and Elizabeth.
