Really lovely owners, the breakfast is delicious and the room is fit for purpose and has everything you could need. Not a long walk from the beach and so many modes of transport around to connect you to the city.

Beautiful property and worth the money. Plus reception person chetan solanki was very helpful in everything and putting effort to make us comfortable. Beach is at walkable distance. Food we can order from zomato as they don't have restaurant.

The rooms are neat and good. Good, clean toilets. Clean. Staff good. Alleppey beach is 5 minutes by walking. They provide complimentary breakfast. This beach home stay has 8 double ac rooms and a comfortable dining area. There's no restaurant, but one can order food of choice from alleppey restaurants through swiggy. Private car parking for about 3 cars available. The approach road of about 300m is a lane but not much traffic. Nearby several home stays. Though rooms are with mosquito netted windows, if you keep rooms and windows open, mosquitos can be a problem. Yet, we found this stay comfortable and good.

I had a lovely stay, delicious Indian breakfasts on the front balcony, comfortable bed, big bathroom. We were looked after so well, nothing was too much trouble. The owner happily ordered a tuk tuk for us whenever we needed one. The area is lovely too. Easy walk to the beachfront. I came with my son, as a 70 year old I felt very safe.

I have not gotten it any 5% discount. Ok

I stayed in oceana residency for 2 nights. They provide us a very good familiar environment to us and very humble and good nature people. The rooms were at their best, clean with full of all the essentials. They also help us for planning our tour in allephuza.
