First the guy who checked us in was rude and the room we got is nasty, cigarette burns all over the blankets and bath rub
It smells bad, fridge was frozen over and the door didn't close good. Just gross!

Didn’t have suite I booked. Didn’t have breakfast as advertised. There was no hot tub in the property as advertised. Worst booking I ever made. Topped off with a cockroach running around on my door

Front desk worker was unfriendly- room was full of mold, dirty. Checked in at midnight so didn’t want to cause a fuss and just dealt with it.

There were cigarette holes in the bedding, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, one pillow per bed, only 1 towel for a room that is meant for up to 4 people, and the whole room smelled like fish. Checked out after 30 minutes of being there, told front desk we were uncomfortable to stay there. Did not get refunded. Would not recommend staying here.

Check in they told can not give second room they did not receive funds funny booked this all in one transaction finally got it straight after 1 hour both rooms tv problems one room was herifick curtains falling off rod carpet dirty i would not even wash my dogi in tub it no bed sheet bed spread holes in it no pillow cases no ice bucket this was the most discusting place on earth many people. Check in and check out right away how can wyndom put there name onthis

It took 4 trys to find a room that actually had 2 beds and functional lights with running water. The beds had no flat sheets on them and the comforters had cigarette burns in them.

No running water for several house when I arrived. Room smelt and was obviously not cleaned. Rude staff who had zero empathy. How on earth this place is still in business (and available to book on ******* etc) is beyond me. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and stay in a reputable ,safe, clean establishment. Never again!
