阿倫敦America on Wheels Museum附近住宿

Absolutely wonderful stay, I can't say enough great things about the place. Stephen the general manager went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was good. The pillows and beds were comfortable. The place was extremely clean with everything that you would need for your stay. They have an on staff valet service, which was very timely and inconvenient for just a small up charge. The Rooms were very quiet. We did not hear any outside noise, although we knew that hotel was at capacity.

This hotel is very difficult to find, especially in the dark… signage is minimal if any. No real directions on where to park. There is a parking garage attached to the building. No safety measures that we could see; anyone could enter the maze of hallways…a gauntlet of twists & turns that you have to navigate on foot in order to find the actual hotel. UNSAFE!!!We were told NO luggage carts so be sure and pack lightly. Check in took FOREVER and there was no body in front of us. Front desk clerk was however very knowledgeable. No ice that we knew of. ***Excellent breakfast buffet on the weekend …it blew us away!!!AND very pleasant hostess. Requests were not met for additional towels. We would not stay here again even though we are loyal to Marriott.

Well this place was totally ridiculous it really went down hill since me and my husband stayed there several times was much nicer. This room was a joke first of all the alarm clock didn't work, there was no blankets on the beds and the comforters ****** they wouldn't stay up on your body while sleeping they slid right off, sounded like there was a heard of horses above our room jumping all night then I went to pick up the phone to call front desk to ask for a blanket and the phone didn't even work and I have a heart condition if I needed help or assistance I would of died because I couldn't call for help then we saw bugs I'll say this I will never ever go there again and will not tell my worst enemy to go there oh forgot the heater ans AC didn't work properly either the whole place and room and experience was horrible except I had a wonderful time less the whole lousy room thing .

入住前一大早，我預定這個酒店，收到信息已經給我預定了，到了下午2點多，國外攜程客服給我電話說沒有預定成功，客房滿了，讓我取消了，不過他們線下有資源，可以幫我預定，不過價格漲了 ，我說可以，給我預定吧，讓我錄入了信用卡，我明明錄入了3次 ，都聽到了成功了，可是國外客服給我說不成功，本來我在這個野外坐車，信號都不好，我和客服溝通了大概半個多小時的時間還是沒有成功，然後我就自己又重新用手機在攜程上預定，我看到還是有房間的，衹不過是價格上漲了。我一大早就預定好了，到下午給我說客房滿了，我現在又能重新預定 這個時候難道客房沒有滿？？？！！我很不理解攜程這個做法，一早上我預定成功，讓我取消 ，說是客房滿了，下午我明明又是可以預定的 ？？我想攜程在亂搞什麼啊，我是攜程的鑽石貴賓客戶，無論走到那裡，我都是用攜程來訂酒店，訂機票，況且我一般都是國外出差，我是攜程如此忠實的粉絲，換來的卻是被他們這樣耍！！！！！ 更讓我嘔吐的是，我入住的第二天晚上，我剛剛到房間，在房間的地麪上有個紙條，我一看，是讓我去前台，說有事情，我去了前台，前台那個胖女人，二話不說，就讓我交錢，說我沒有交今天晚上的還有明天晚上的住宿費用，我說我在攜程上付過錢了，請你查一下，況且明天一早我就離開了，我一共住兩個晚上，明天晚上我也不會在這裏住了，可是這個胖女人說，我就是沒有交錢，我說要不你看看我攜程的憑證，她不看，說就是要交錢，我說要不你打電話吧給警察，讓警察來看看，一會她打個電話，說是給老闆的，老闆讓我接電話，我給這個女老闆電話溝通，也說交錢了，她說沒有i交錢，這個時候，我說你再核實一下，一會老闆跟這個胖女人溝通了，溝通了2分鐘，胖女人給我說，我可以回去了，我說怎麼回事，她說誤會了，我可以走了。我靠，就這樣一句話給我打發了，讓我很窩火，一點道歉的意思就沒有，我說攜程這個三道販子，你們能否把合作商好好規範一下。好好改善一下，攜程的各位領導，你們也給我們一些高品質的服務，也不要愧對我們對攜程這樣的鐵杆粉絲！！！！行嗎！！！！！

雖然酒店本身很好,但入住是一場災難。我提前打電話讓酒店知道我們將在凌晨2點到凌晨3點之間到達,因爲到達紐瓦克的時間很晚。當我們凌晨2點45分到達時,我們被告知,在開車超過一個小時後,我們無法入住,並在越野飛機旅行中再花費5個小時,因爲計算機處於“重啓”的中間,以關閉晚上。我被告知,如果我打電話告訴他們我們遲到了,有人會提前打印鑰匙給我們,所以很明顯,我們沒有打電話(正如以前所說的那樣)。總而言之,我們不得不多等半小時才能入住,之後我們被告知鑰匙可能不會工作,所以我們不得不等待維修人員帶我們到我們的房間,讓我們進去,然後雪上加霜的是,第二天,前台打電話給我,告訴我我們從來沒有留下信用卡印記(我們這樣做了,其中一個原因我們必須等待半小時),所以我們不得不趕回酒店提供信用卡,否則可能會失去第二晚的房間。

一家汽車旅館，附近沒有什麼餐廳可以吃飯，但是有一家加油站（附便利店）可以買點東西，房間還ok，房間有冰箱、電視機、咖啡機、保險柜（兩個），不同房型不可不同。總之這家酒店還是不錯的。

The check-in was fast and pleasant. The attendant even asked for my room preference and made suggestions. We were provided a list of the eateries in the area, which was very convenient. There was an unpleasant odor in the room at first, but nothing that the spray I brought with me couldn't fix. Everything met my expectations, except the lack of hot water. A nice hot shower would've been great after hitting the slopes. I'm not sure what the issue was, I was too tired to complain and seek resolution. I'd stay here again, but the next time, I will confirm that the hot water is available on arrival.

My family and I have been here for a couple months due to the pandemic and when I tell you that all we get treated here is with respect and humbleness. The owner is really stepping it up fixing everything in this building I’m so glad that someone bought this building and did an amazing job with that it’s very very clean. I have a four-year-old and I am very protective of my child my safety here also and it’s really quiet and safe here. I would definitely recommend to families! No other place Made us feel like family. Except here it’s nothing but family and humbleness.
