Terrible you're right next to the BP so light shinning in your room all night. The curtains barely cover the windows picture on wotif has second bedroom with Tv but nope its been removed. Plus the road noise is very bad right on the main road.

Booked and paid for an accessible room because of limited mobility, but arrived to find the room occupied. We were in a second floor room and were told it could not be changed. This caused major issues for us to which the seemed oblivious. Wifi was terrible lasting literally 5 minutes. No local information was provided and we couldn't access the internet to get information about food outlets, tourist spots etc.

At the time of booking we were not advised restaurant was closed. Only at motel 30 mins and water was turned off without warning. Lounge chair had torn upholstery. No working light in stairwell. TV in main bedroom was unable to connect to any channels. Had two burner stove in apartment, but when you read information left on table, you are advised cooking not allowed in unit. Unit not serviced as requested by door hanger on outside of room. Toilet constantly running. Beds comfy. Linen clean. Bathroom clean. Good size unit. Beds comfortable

Restaurant closed from Covid, not renovation, only half jets work in spa, blind broken 1st room had to swap rooms, nnext room security lock broken, told to go to Best Western for a meal, there not open on a Sunday, but better off checking in there.

Organized late check in with hotel, due to a truck issue's on the way, which was great! Arrived at hotel to find room not cleaned from previous stay. Bed unmade, coffee cups un-washed, used towels etc. Luckily, I was that tired I could have slept in a crack house. Mistakes happen, just sucks it happened after an already terrible day.
