I recently stayed at Hotel Milan Palace and had an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I visited for Maha Kumbh. Amazing experience. Food was elaborate and yummy. Rooms were clean despite the rush. Bathrooms were clean, though small. Staff & Manager Amit was so helpful. A beautiful place, well maintained, in the heart of the city. If we get time in the future, we will come again, this trip will be memorable for us

The location of hotel is good but the service is average and no restaurants at site so only choice is to eat either in room or go out

There were big mosquitos in the suite .
WiFi was not getting connected.
& the assistance for the same was not good.
Dinner was not available due to some other party on dining hall.

The stay was just ok highly overpriced for the kind of service and the hotel .the senior staff at the hotel / at the reception was not very receptive towards any requests whatsoever . Food was good but the service was bad
