Très bon hôtel, accueil sympathique et toujours quelqu'un pour vous aider. Chambre très grande, bien équipée, propre et confortable ,et belle salle de bain. Le restaurant est très bien, et si on ne veut pas manger épicé, il suffit de le demander. Tout les serveurs parlent anglais contrairement a ce qui est dit dans d'autres avis. Très bon petit déjeuner continental en buffet . Situé dans une partie commerçante de la ville avec plein de magasins style européen, où nous avons pu acheter des vêtements de bonne qualité au prix locaux, donc rapport qualité prix imbattable . Hôtel vivement recommandé

Everything was perfect, Checkin , room service , housekeeping, staff attitude. Hotel checked all boxes for a perfect stay. If you want a great experience in Prayagraj look no further .We were in a club room which was spacious and well lit. Keep up the good job !!

While this property is not of the same standard as other branded luxury hotel chains in the country, it still manages to give its guests a comfortable experience. I travelled with my family to attend a wedding in the city and we chose this hotel as it seemed to be the only good hotel in Prayagraj. Our welcome was rather forgettable but our checkin was done quite quickly and we were given rooms on their highest floor. The room was otherwise comfortable and had all basic amenities. The view from the hotel is that of the city’s skyline - which was nothing impressive. We had lunch and breakfast at the patio all day dining restaurant of the hotel. Food options were plentiful but the quality and taste could be worked upon. The service of more experienced staff members was commendable. I would especially like to highlight the wonderful service we received from Mr. Indramani Singh at the patio restaurant and he made our breakfasts truly memorable. I must also appreciate the service of the housekeeping personnel on the 8th floor who kept the room pristinely clean. Overall, this is the best option in Prayagraj and you won’t regret staying here.

Amazing place. Its better than Marriotts in general. I love it here. Very well equipped. You can get amazing stay and food. Staff is very considerate. I would love to stay here again. Clean, well maintained and rooms are quite big with details.

Awesome experience. Nothing less than 5 star. All staff very humble, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is good too. Lots of variety. Rooms extremely nice, big and clean. On this religious trip, I stayed in many 5star hotels but this one was the best hands down. Highly recommended

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. I stayed here with my family in royal club room. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is very nice and close to the sangam to take the holy dip. Service by the staff is very quick and nice. Overall had a great experience. I highly recommend this place
