椰子常春藤度假村(Coconut Ivy Resort)

They scammed us, We had booked 5 rooms around 1 month ago for holi for 4 couples n 2 more friends, then the 6th room on 13th of March 10 days prior to holi as we had 1 more couple joining us, 1 day before our stay on 23rd March a guy calls us from the hotel and tells us we won't be getting the 6th room due to a guest who over stayed, when we reached the hotel on 24th March they started asking for 2k extra for their cancellation and we should adjust our friends in our rooms, so they cancelled our booking and now we had to pay them 2k extra for their mismanagement,staff is very rude and rooms are dirty..I will suggest everyone to not visit this place, it's was a nightmare

Very poor service... Worst experience in these prices. No hot water for bathing, no cleaning, no wifi, rude staff. Electricity failure is there after every 2 hours and they don't have any back up. Walls are also stinking.

Friendly courteous staff good location delicious breakfast positive vibes and relaxing environment . Value for money. Suitable for friends and family 😀.we stayed for a day and night. Clean swimming pool.

Good place to plan a trip with friends and family . Swimming pool is decent . Food is good . Staffs are also good . The reason for 1 star is because of the manager named Mahesh who dosent even know how to behave with visitors . He is rude and attitude is pathetic . Ordering food was like a trauma . You get food after hours that too after frequent follow up. Spa can be improved . It’s like a low dim light den.
