The lack of respect this “Resort” showed me, a repeat client having stayed 7 times, is beyond disrespectable. To book a cabin I call their office 12 times, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no answer. I left messages. At 5:30 PM a very angry Jeff (owner) returned my call(s), obviously having a bad day, ranting about all that had gone wrong for him – no apology – instead after his tirade he hung up. I called back – call went to voice mail. I explained how inappropriate his attitude was and my last review of his “Resort” garnered 6,011 reads, expressing that is a huge following. I went on to explain how a negative review could affect his bottom line, suggesting he reign in his attitude. Jeff left me a voice message, post what you want, I’ll dispute it and you are no longer welcome. WOW. I guess it shouldn’t surprise me, anyone that obnoxious, that rude would also lie about the account of events. Regardless of his slant, he owns a business that relies exclusively on customers, he absolutely must maintain respect and decorum.

My husband and I recently booked 3 nights at this resort. I went to bed only yo wake up covered in bites and bed bugs. We immediately left after packing back up and had to sleep in our car with our dog. No one answered our call there and we had nowhere to go. We did get a refund for our 3 nights but not from the owner for the additional charge for the dog and our purchased coffee pods. We had to come home and bag all of our belongings outside, buy a steamer to sterilize our luggage and I am still stressed now about j hi ping to bed. I have never seen anything like this in my life
