Enjoyed our week here, beautiful setting with its own beach at the end of the green by the pool / bar. Waiting staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the lack of an iron or access to one without having to pay is a bit mad, the only way you can iron your clothes is by paying for the laundry service, completely unacceptable for a four star hotel, basic mod-con in a room is an iron. That aside the restaurant is very nice, lovely food but you need to book before you arrive, we got caught short the first night and with the hotel being remote you've no other options unless you're driving, we were told to walk down a pitch black road with no footpath to get to the nearest restaurant. Unacceptable. We insisted on being seated as we hadn't eaten all day and it was 8pm at this stage. There really should be bar food available all day and night as apposed very limited hours at lunch time, as an alternative to the restaurant due to the hotels remoteness.The bar food is so good too, it's a shame it's not accessible for longer. You've literally nothing other then the bar at night if you're not eating in the restaurant. Renting a car is a must, luckily they're super cheap in Sardinia. Loads of activities to do during the day, renting bikes, scuba diving all available at the reception desk. There's a bus brings you directly into Alghero, only a 4/5 min walk from hotel. Costs less then €2. That's very handy if you've no car, takes 20mins. Neptunes cave a short drive away also. There's a newsagent / shop 10mins walk also, convenient for picking up snacks, water, toiletries etc. you'll pass dozens of cats and in our case a boar! All harmless and not to be feared. Would recommend the hotel but just be mindful of the small things like no iron in the room, remoteness. Still worth a visit.

我們在卡拉博納的季節裏度過了一個可愛的晚,工作人員非常友好,對我們來說做得不夠,特別是酒吧老闆 Gigi ,他混合了我們很多不同的雞尾酒。酒店真的很安靜,因爲他們本週關閉了這個季節,但我們喜歡寧靜。有一個可愛的游泳池區,出售池畔飲料和從酒店幾步之遙的迷你海灘,在那裏你可以欣賞到令人驚歎的日落。我們沒有意識到大海離酒店有多近,所以這是一個真正的加分!你可以直接從酒店獲得一些可愛的沿海散步。房間很棒-巨大的電視!陽台也有驚人的景色。最後,早餐很棒。煎餅,煎蛋和新鮮蜂窩,以一些食物爲名!我們會發現有用的是酒吧裏更多的零食/範圍的食物。酒店離任何商店都相當遠,所以在我們無法離開酒店的情況下,這可能會有幫助 - 我們入住期間有風暴。

I, my wife and son spent a week here at the beginning of September. For those considering a stay here is like to give you a balanced review. I cannot understand how people are raving about this hotel, it's ok, but not great. Let me give you the pros and cons: The good bits:- The staff (all the staff) The location - right on the beach The common areas are nice The not so good bits:- Rooms-all small and poky The breakfast same every day, not the best quality, you queue up for coffee. Pool area bleak, no pool service, in fact nothing there at all, nowhere to get a drink of any description, most odd. A/C in rooms poor Beach bar soulless, looks like Ikea! Food expensive on site We had a nice time but it's lacking in is many ways. To get to a 4 Star rating they need to make so many improvements.

Soggiornato due notti.. do 5 punti recensione positiva perché non voglio screditare nessuno ma tengo comunque a precisare i Pro e i Contro e se non risolvono i problemi presenti, sconsiglio il soggiorno. Pro : Ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro Stanze ben arredate per chi piace lo stile Contro: Acqua tiepida in doccia la mattina ( sicuramente a causa del solo utilizzo di pannelli solari) Rubinetteria nella stanza da noi occupata da Sostituire Pulizia non da 4 stelle, tra lavandino e muro ( non siliconato ) erano presenti capelli e peli da barba di altre persone Colazione molto pessima se si ritarda di 30 minuti dall' apertura della sala si rischia di non trovare niente e di dover andare altrove Personale molto casereccio, abbigliamento non consono per un hotel a 4 stelle Sconsigliato alla grande, peccato perché ha un grande potenziale e nonostante le recensioni tutte con le stesse problematiche.. non viene fatto niente per risolverle . Anzi dalle risposte della struttura emerge che i clienti non dicano la verità.. sicuramente ci conosciamo tutti e tutti siamo d'accordo sul da scrivere.. Se avessi letto le recensioni prima della prenotazione avrei optato per un altro albergo.. Peccato

Siamo stati ad Alghero tante volte e in tante strutture e posso dire finalmente di aver trovato il nostro posto!! Bella l’idea del check-in in autonomia, non ti vincola con l’orario di arrivo. La struttura è meravigliosa, la camera era perfetta con l’idromassaggio che l’arricchiva ancora di più. Massima pulizia e attenzione al dettaglio. Ben riscaldata. Ampia, luminosa. Con un prezzo adeguato all’ offerta. Il personale gentilissimo, la donna delle pulizie con il passo felpato di un gatto aveva già iniziato a pulire le stanze e non ci siamo resi conto di niente ( altre volte siamo stati svegliati in malo modo da rumori molesti di mobili e letto spostati). La colazione al bar accanto buona e con personale allegro e disponibile. TORNEREMO PRESTO
