Heater worked well but is old and very loud. Other than that, it was good value for money accommodation. The single bed is huge which was a great bonus and the electric blankets ensured we didn’t need to leave the loud heater on all night. The tv looks to be recently replaced but they haven’t mounted it on the wall yet, the old one is still on the wall so the new one took up a lot of the bench space and it would be better if mounted on wall for watching. Overall we liked it here for the price and would stay again.

Liked the position, very quiet and safe, older style rooms, l was impressed with how clean my room was, Ballarat was cold, wet and windy so the heaters had been turned on before we arrived, a very homely experience, would recommend to everyone

Whilst this may not be considered as a deluxe level motel it is perfect for those needing somewhere for a night on a long trip.

Although not new any more rooms had been renovated, large not cluttered. Very comfortable lounge
Clean warm & cosy!
Spotless large bathroom lovely hot water to iron out the kinks after a long drive

Loved the friendly personal welcome at check in. The bakery three doors up was fabulous. The rooms were lovely and spacious, also very quiet. Did not hear the neighbouring rooms despite being full.

Have stayed there several times now. Very friendly service and great location situated next to a bakery, fish and chip shop, restaurant and more.
