Most horrible experience. I normally stay at Choice hotels across many states and this was my first bad experience. They advertise hot breakfast on the website and even in the dining area, see pic. But there were no eggs or sausage or gravy and biscuits, etc., like there is at other Quality Inns that I have stayed at. Even the employee said that he stayed at other hotels which had it but he’s been here seven months and they never had hot food. Housekeeping went in my room before I even checked out and left the door open with my stuff still inside. When I returned, no one was around and the door was left open. Another employee would always stay on the stairs and wouldn’t even move when I needed room to carry my luggage up. She would just sit there smoking all day. When I tried to call the manager, he told the employee to tell me to just put a bad review.

Bad experience and gross Took a long time to check in, then when we got to the room, there was a styrofoam cup on the table, wet towels on the bed and chair, the soap was opened, and toilet paper stuffed in the fire alarm. It seemed like someone had just left, and we did not sleep under the sheets for obvious reasons. I also booked a double bed, but there are none at the hotel. The manager said he would give me two rooms for the mistake, then the other room got magically booked. Bad experience.
