帶孩子訪校,這家酒店距離孩子訪校不遠,所以就選的住這家酒店,酒店房間的景色很不錯,前台服務員態度也不錯。

Overall our stay here was good! The decor was lovely and the view from our room was amazing . We were able to check-in earlier which was a HUGE PLUS! The staff was super friendly and was always eager to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. *ps just make sure to walk with hand soap for the bathroom lol

I stayed at the Hilton Mark Center while attending my company’s party. The rooms were outdated and the bathroom was extremely small. I had to call maintenance about the constant heat only to be told that there wasn’t AC in the hotel. The funny thing is, while sitting in the hotel lobby bar with colleagues the AC was pumping and it was freezing. Also, while I was downstairs with colleagues someone went into my room and stole my necklace. I reported the incident to the front desk and was told that it was not found in the room which I already told them that it had to be staff since the door was locked when my family and I left. Nothing done…There was a safe in the room that was extremely outdated amongst a lot of chipped paint on the door seals.

******* charged me one price I get to the hotel it is a completely different price. I asked if there was another parking garage near by because they were charging a ridiculous amount per night. The concierge told me no, ended up finding a parking garage ( walking distance) across the street for reduced price a night.

We enjoy that this hotel is near our family. The staff is always friendly and helpful. An example is, we asked for a small side table because we use c paps and needed it for our machine. The staff was very quick in finding ine and it was in our room when we returned. I only have a small complaint. We had to ask for more towels several times. Our room only had two and we were a party of three. When the cleaning staff cleaned our room, they did a great job, but for got to replace our coffee cups . We just called and the staff brought us what we asked for. These are small things. A big complaint is that there is no longer a shuttle service to the Reagan airport that used to be there when we visited a couple years before. I was told that it stopped after the pandemic, but other hotels shuttles are at the airport.??

Not great. There were expenses that I was not aware such as parking that I did not agree upon. I also had to leave after two hours bc my daughter fell and hurt herself and I ended up paying for the whole stay. The receptionist was new and was not accommodating. I am disappointed in Hilton as I am a rewards member

Pleasant experience. The front desk manager was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. My initial point of contact was not helpful but then the manager stepped in to resolve the issue. My thanks to her. The breakfast was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The overall hotel service at our program was great!

My stay was disappointing due to the parking situation for one thing.my key wouldn’t work so I found myself backing up severs times to let others out and late for my event. Secondly I was put in a room that had major construction going on across the hall which was very loud and disturbing so I couldn’t rest or watch tv comfortably. I asked to be compensated for both of these; only fair I think but I was told I’m already receiving a discount .

Was staying as part of the delegation for the MLS all star game in d.c. I was driving out equipment in a 26foot box truck. Seeing it's a large vehicle I called ahead regarding parking and I was told there would be no issue and I was not informed of any charge. Upon arriving at the hotel I get verbally assaulted by the valet people who then follows me into the hotel as I go to check in saying I needed to pay $150. This is exactly why I called ahead to get this information yet nobody bothered to inform me of this so I proceeded to try to get some assistance from anyone at the hotel and their girl named Ashley basically told me that nothing could be done for me until tomorrow which was not going to help seeing I was leaving the next day I received no help from anyone at this location and was greeted with such a rude demeanor. And then to add insult to injury when I finally decide to pay for the parking which I don't believe I should have had to see that I called to see what the charges would be and nobody told me the elevators in your building go out and there is only one working and they took 45 minutes to get up to my room

Our first time at a hilton. The website says a king room sleeps 4 but it didn't. There was no couch and they charge for a cot. They charge for parking (must use stairs or walk across to elevator). The website said room service (there was confusion about the option and not much to choose). We went to use the pool and told that we couldn't do to a private event. From start to end it was a joke. I was also told I wouldn't be charged for parking since the pool was unavailable and I was still charged. Not sure I will ever stay at a Hilton again. Did I mention they closed off two levels of parking or the private event? Highlight was the gentleman that worked the bar area. We did drop money everynight to eat at the bar and he was a delight. Wish I could remember his name.

The hotel had a terrible scent and they tried to cover it up with cleaner and spray and ultimately it just gave us a headache and made us not want to stay in our room- luckily we were only there for one night.

The only good experience I had was in the dining room -- good waitress and great food for the money. Their instructions about free parking were insanely complex and they did not provide it in writing. There was no soap in my room. And they double billed my credit card (two large charges for the same room) double billed me for the free parking, were hard for ******* to reach to fix it, and have yet to return the phone call they asked me to place to them so they could explain the wrong billing.

My experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. First off, the room itself was very smelly. At night, when sleeping, the bathroom was making water leaking noises. Also, the next room over, kept making noise despite noise complaints to the front desk. When checking into the hotel, I was not told and aware that a request for housekeeping was supposed to be made directly to the front desk. Lastly, the parking fee was almost $30 a day but going in and out was very inconvenient. I cannot recommend this hotel to any of my peers
