Just a short walk from Braddock Road Metro Station, this gorgeously cozy home is perfect for business travelers, families, and anyone seeking a peaceful sanctuary with the convenience of city life at their doorstep. ➳ King Beds ➳ Quiet Street ➳ Steps from Metro Station ➳ 10 minutes from DCA Airport The space Step into a charming blend of historic allure and modern comforts in this stunning 3-bedroom home. The stylishly inviting living spaces are meticulously designed to offer a perfect retreat, whether you are here for business or leisure. The chef’s kitchen invites you to prepare gourmet meals with ease. Enjoy your culinary creations in the beautiful dining area or step outside to the fully hardscaped backyard with brick pavers and a back deck, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The beautifully decorated living room provides a cozy spot to unwind with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Hardwood floors throughout the home add to its timeless charm, and large windows ensure plenty of natural light. The second level features two comfortable bedrooms with inviting memory foam mattresses. The main bedroom offers a plush King-size bed with room-darkening curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom features two twin beds, while the third bedroom, located in the spacious lower level, includes a King bed, all designed with your comfort in mind. The nicely renovated bathroom completes this charming home. **Our home, while nestled in a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood, shares walls with neighbors who value tranquility, observing quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. This setting is perfect for guests who appreciate restful nights and are considerate of the community's well-being, including the elderly couple and young family with a baby next door. Other things to note 1. I use smart technology in my home including smart locks, thermostat, TVs, smoke detectors, and more. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There's no physical key or keypad access. You must access the home via the August mobile app. 2. ***Respecting the quiet hours is a must. Our home shares walls with neighbors who value tranquility, observing quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. This setting is perfect for guests who appreciate restful nights and are considerate of the community's well-being. If your idea of a good time runs into the late hours, this might not be the ideal fit. We seek guests who, like us, respect the harmony of our neighborhood, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone involved.*** 3. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in a respected residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your own. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. 4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community, and you may run into other neighbors' pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood. 5. This is a 3-level home, so one must climb stairs to reach the upper bedroom areas. 6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor on the main level. Please see house rules. 7. The stairs leading to the basement have a sloped ceiling. 8. All guests staying 3 1/2 weeks or longer must agree to a mid-stay clean every 2 weeks. 9. Health and safety are my top priority! I conduct a professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches is cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, accommodating late check-outs or early check-ins is extremely difficult. 10. The free parking on the premises is free street parking located directly in front of the home. In addition, there's ample free street parking, in front of and on the street next to the home, a mere 45 seconds walk from there to the front steps. But there is no dedicated, driveway parking solely for the home. 11. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay :) HOUSE RULES Check-in after 4:00 PM Checkout before 11:00 AM Self check-in with smart lock 6 guests maximum Pets allowed - To ensure the proper care and maintenance of our property, we charge a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per stay. Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $500 is required, which will be fully refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed. Quiet hours - 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM No parties or events No commercial photography No smoking No Extra guests Parking is available in your assigned area only.
