The stay was great. Harjot, at the front desk, was always very polite, friendly and accommodating during our stay. Always a great smile coming from this young lady. The hotel had easy access to our room and was quiet. The food was very good. Marlene in the dining area kept everything very clean and organized. She was very friendly, polite and cheerful. Loved her personality. Than you for a very pleasant stay Best Western.

Went Super Bowl party few blocks away from this hotel, it’s perfect location for me to crash instead of driving back home late . Nice and quiet . My favourite about this … wonderful breakfast !

It said free breakfast on website, but the hotel needs to charge my older son breakfast. The hotel said only free breakfast for two adults and kids under 10. We never knew about this condition. It also said kitchenette on the booking website, but there was only microwaves there. Plus, wifi is not working for a certain cell phone. Even, for iPhone, we needed to call for extra wifi password. This was the worst hotel we stayed during our whole trip.

Just like another couple we met, we had taken this hotel for hot tub and pool facilities. Hot tub was completely unheated. When i approached the manager the next morning he simply said "it was working yesterday." It takes days for a pool to cool down that much. No option given to reduce the rate or even apologize

Very friendly staff, loved the specialty coffee machine in the lobby and the free breakfast was great with good options! The pool was not too cold which was nice. Only complaint was we found the morning loud. We had loud talkers in the hallway before 7am and our room was next to the stairs landing and elevator and there was no carpet in that area so we could hear all the luggage being rolled across the floor too.

I stayed first time under very good circumstances: I asked for a quiet room, I received a polite positive response and got a quiet room indeed. I stayed second time under opposite circumstances: I asked for quiet room thanking for the previous excellent service, but I received no response and got a very noisy room with a big motor on the roof just outside the window and running regularly all night making a horrible vibrating noise.

Breakfast room is down the hall of the second level, so you hear people going up and down the stairs or hall on their way to and from breakfast. No dairy free milk which would have been nice! Hot tub didn’t get hot at all. Gym doesn’t open until 8am? Not fun. Otherwise it was clean and a hotel. Lol.

The service at this hotel is very horribloo! The first day we stayed at this hotel, the lady in the front did not welcome us at all, but we thought nothing of it. After that we found that we did not have enough towels for everybody so we went back down to the lobby and asked for more, but we were met with “why” and “how many people are here with you,” even after giving the towels to us and saying “thank you” she rudely made an unhappy face at us. The next morning, we went for breakfast and the breakfast lady was also VERY RUDE! We asked the lady if we had to sign in to which she replied with “NO hot breakfast over there” in a firm, rude, and unfriendly tone and kept grunting and scoffing. Another incident later that day was when we asked for towels again since they changed our towels and didn’t have enough again, so we walked down to ask for more again and she told us we had to exchange our towels for new ones. No other hotels we stayed at in the past had we encountered this at all. The rest of the days we stayed, we asked for more towels from the room cleaners and other hotel staff members, they didn’t ask to exchange for towels at all! But overall the room was nice, clean, although we did not expect to be greeted this way on our first trip to Canada.

A spider came walking across floor; when I called prior to booking I was told by the hotel staff it was 10 minutes away from airport. It was one hour (38 miles) it cost me $300 in taxi rides from airport to hotel and then to ship. Very undesirable experience
