阿爾卡那達馬爾飯店(Mar Hotels Alcanada)

Estancia muy agradable en la suite, muy grande con 2 habitaciones. Todo muy limpio. Piscina muy tranquila. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Personal agradable. Zona bonita pero a desmano, hay que coger coche. Lo que no nos gustó y no entendimos es que el complejo donde están las suites tuviera la puerta de acceso desde el exterior abierta las 24 horas, pudiendo entrar libremente cualquiera, cosa que se ve sucedía, con la consiguiente inseguridad nocturna y facilidad de acceso por terrazas a las habitaciones, piscina, etc. Motivo por el que un vigilante nos incomodó en la zona de piscina cuestionándonos si eramos clientes del hotel ¿?, de una manera poco adecuada, mientras se ve buscaba a personas que se habían colado dentro y que de hecho estaban metidos dentro de la piscina. Eso sucedió 3 veces. Decidió que teníamos que llevar una pulsera de esas permanentes y fluorescentes... cuando no estabamos en regimen de todo incluído, ni lo hay en este hotel, por lo que consideramos que es inaceptable el hecho de que el hotel decida "marcarnos" como al ganado de manera permanente, cuando ellos no toman medidas de seguridad para controlar el acceso, cerrando esa puerta exterior con llave y nos den otra a los clientes o una tarjeta electrónica, que sería lo lógico. Y si quieren usar pulseras que sean al menos de quitar y poner para utilizarla solo cuando es necesario. Y un par de días martillazos y segadora a las 7.45 de la mañana... El hotel muy bien pero tienen que mejorar esos aspectos.

Una zona perfecta para buscar tranquilidad y paz. No se escuchaba ningún ruido en plenas fechas de vacaciones. Y lo mejor de todo es que a 5 minutos en coche, esta el puerto de Alcudia donde hay mucho ambiente. Lo tiene todo. Y para los amantes de la comida, teneis que probar toda la carta, en especial los mejillones. En resumen, un lujazo. Gracias por la cercanía de los empleados y en especial a Juanan y Sergio. Repetiremos seguro

Superó mis expectativas con creces. Hotel muy tranquilo, familiar y con un servicio excelente. La comida genial, desayunos de buffet con todo tipo de comida, fruta, dulces, tostadas... La ubicación inmejorable, a pie de playa básicamente y con unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía. El personal super amable, sobre todo, María la chica de recepción, Walter y Carolina! Muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Sin duda volveremos.

Excelente trato del personal de todo el hotel mension principal a la camarera Laura nos hizo sentir como en casa volceremos sin duda y el sitio perfecto para desconectar. A solo 5 minutos del centro. Ideal para ir a descansar .

Hotel rénové récemment avec encore quelques ajustements à apporter. Voiture recommandée mais bus au pied de l'hotel car un peu éloigné de la ville et du port d'Alcúdia. Mais calme et environnement sympathique notamment sentier du littoral au pied de l'hotel, magnifique. Equipe dans son ensemble extrêmement à l'ecoute, chaleureuse et professionnelle. Tres satisfait de notre séjour. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et variés et à disposition. Vraiment super. Ainsi que les snacks.

Nul à part le personnel du dejeuner… odeur de désinfection dans la chambre intenable… piscine dans la rue voisine et très sale… très déçu et pas de plage à proximité… loin de l aéroport prévoir 100€ pour un taxi (50km)…

Just back from 5 days away. First time since covid and saved so long for this and treated ourselves for the first time to go all inclusive On arrival no hot water for shower, plumber fixed. Ran out of bread, water, butter, tonic water whilst there . Told no cocktails at all whilst there. Swimming pool not ready for whole of our stay - kept saying each day tomorrow but never happened. Evening meal food awful and for 2 of the 4 nights no all inclusive option available , told set menu and portioned up and given to you only . Photos below broccoli in white sauce to start, plain rice spoon tomato sauce and fried egg! Chicken and wedges for main . Banana bread desert for 3 days! Meant to be our treat away but was really awful and not what we paid good money for from a 4 star hotel So upset

We arrived here a couple of weeks after it’s recent takeover and we were pleasantly surprised by just how much we loved this hotel. We had a pool suite room, which was large and spacious with a great view over the pool and was cleaned everyday. We went to the pool quite a bit and more often that not we were the only people there, this added to the relaxation. We stayed bed and breakfast and this is the best hotel breakfast either of us have ever had, the coffee was perfect and there was a wide selection of hot food, pastries,juice, cereals, yogurts, fruits etc. We also ate in the restaurant on a night a couple of times and this was also really tasty, and at a really reasonable price. The hotel is a little out from Alcudia but only about a 20 minute walk, and there is a beach just over the road from the hotel and some surrounding restaurants which were great, especially recommend paying to eat at La Terrazza. The staff really made this hotel stay amazing for us and brought it up a level, nothing was too much trouble and always smiling and asking how we are and really going above and beyond. We’re already looking at booking to come back, and we can’t wait!

I am writing this on the last day of a fabulous 10 days at Seasun Far. We booked a little last minute and via secret escapes. I wasn’t expecting much due to the cost. We had a junior suite room with sea views. The room has had all we need and is huge. It has a fridge which we found really useful. My only addition would be the ability to make coffee. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The pool are is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast with the room rate, which was buffet style every morning and perfectly nice. The coffee ( really important) is fab. We dis eat two evening meals in the hotel. 15 euros each with a drink, buffet and dessert. Amazing value. The staff have been lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. I am glad we had a car. Aldudia would be a long walk. There are two other restaurants in walking distance. Alcanada35 is nice. La Terreza- terrible. Don’t bother. Spend 15 euros at Seasun. Thank me later.
