We had a wonderful one night stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was fantastic with a beautiful view. It was quiet, spacious. modern and very comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. We would have loved to have tried the dinner but unfortunately being a Sunday it was closed. Maybe next time. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you all for an amazing stay.
One of my favourite regional hotels, I stay here often. Great location, food getting better (need more curries) good service. Special mention to Charli on night shift reception tonight. As it’s cold and I couldn’t find air con remote she hunted around and found one and got it going. A little thing but one that makes a guest feel valued.
訪訪客Would not recommend staying here, on entry of our cabin we discovered that the water coming from the taps was brown in colour and the bathroom sliding door was not functioning as it was broken. After reporting the issues I was told the door would be looked at but never was. The water finally cleared up on the third day of our stay. The boom gate to the entry of the park was never working. My family and I were returning from a day out and noticed an elderly couple trying to gain access to their accommodation, it was dark and the lady and her vision impaired husband could not open the boom gate as it was not working. I rang the after hours emergency number which they didn't answer the first time, I rang again and finally they answered, he told me he was busy cooking his dinner and blamed the boom gate on `technology` this is extremely unprofessional and not good enough.
Friendly greeting by the Receptionist. Our room was well equipped with a queen sized bed, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, plenty of bench space, small table and 2 chairs. Shower was good with nice water pressure. The bed was firm but comfortable and I believe they are being changed in July 2023. Heaps of off-street parking. We travel through Albury quite a bit so will be using this motel often.
What can you say about a room that cost your company not more than $100 for the night. Bed was very comfortable and the TV is huge. Only problem is that this place could do with some new furniture and a good deep clean. The window furniture is old and torn and falling apart and the room I had also included a lounge that you wouldn’t sit on, two single beds (no idea why) and a table with 2 chairs. Breakfast is cereal or toast with bread available from reception if required. Overall a reasonable stay for one night away from home on business.
GGuteReiseVeeEverything is nice except some little dirts on the tea spoon we found. The room is large and cozy. Parking is easy and free.
Albury is a nice town too.
MMichael DavidA no nonsense motel, clean and comfortable beds, part of a the hotel and bar, good food, pleasant staff. I think most of the rooms had a bath! Very close to the Lavington Centre and other outlets. Good for one or two nights
