The service was great, hotel clean, bed comfortable. The downside was maintenance issues. The elevator wasn't working (I was on the 3rd floor), several bathroom fixtures (fan event cover, soap dispenser) were screwed into drywall and coming undone. Doors needed paint, stairs missing small pieces of trim. A good maintenance team could make significant upgrades.

The hotel location is in a great area, plus the swimming pool was fun for the kids. My family enjoyed the stay, inexpensive to stay. The only thing was the bed its too firm for me.

Everything was great for a 1 night stay passing thru. We thought there was a wall divider that woukd have been better but otherwise it was fine.

Evangeline was so friendly and helpful even at 11pm! The rooms and facility are very clean. Nothing fancy but a great basic hotel. Our beds were absolutely fantastic and since we were there less than 12 hours, that’s what mattered!

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. And the facility was quiet. No noise coming through the walls or from outside. Breakfast was okay. Would have preferred eggs to the waffles available. Also, it would help if there was a "cheat sheet" that lists breakfast times and info about the laundry facility. A code was needed for the laundry and quarters to use it. I'm not carrying a lot of cash on me and definitely not $4 in quarters. the front desk did help me with that, though.

THE PILLOWS ARE SO SMALL! Other than that everything else was comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were convenient and clean. Front desk helped with directions and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The gal at the front desk did not sign me up for the airport shuttle, or, it got miscommunicated to the shuttle driver.
In any case, that's not acceptable!!! There was no wake up call at 4am like I requested either. She switched me to another room due to maintenance issues and forgot to set the wake up call.
The airport shuttle vehicle is a piece of junk! The door doesn't work.
