瓦拉昂達斯奧布弗拉飯店

Hotel was spotless and facilities were great. Staff very attentive and helpful. The location is convenient, in a cul-de-sac away from the main road and ten mins to both the new and old town. However, too many rowdy groups staying at this hotel. Had to change rooms because of other guests behaviour at night (hotel staff were very prompt in the room change which we really appreciated). Too noisy and disruptive, ringing doorbells that you can hear through the walls. Overall the hotel and its staff were amazing but the people who stay here are mainly stag groups & a few couples. I didn’t see any children staying while we were there although didn’t expect many due to time of year. Wouldn’t recommend to families looking to stay during summer months.

Um hotel 4 estrelas que parece uma pensão de 2 . Ficámos ao lado de um quarto cheio de selvagens que fizeram barulho toda a noite. Teve que ser a GNR a colocar fim ao barulho depois de 3 horas de murros pontapés etc o que é ridículo num hotel de 4 estrelas mas enfim. Não consegui dormir, nem a minha filha de 7 anos e esposa. Na manhã seguinte fiz reclamação verbal e a funcionária muito atrapalhada pediu desculpa. Estava um senhor na sala ao lado que deveria ser o responsável nem se dignou a vir falar comigo depois de ter ouvido e olhado para mim . Não sei se está no cargo certo mas enfim . Na noite seguinte mais do mesmo . Vou de manhã à recepção e a mesma funcionária do dia anterior quando me vê pergunta me “ estão a gostar da estadia “ isto demonstra que a reclamação entrou por um ouvido e saiu por outro . Paguei duas noites para descansar e não consegui dormir . Elevador para duas pessoas no máximo com duas malas pequenas . Foz piscina na manhã do segundo dia e estava a ser agradável até que os selvagens do quatro ao lado chegaram com cerveja na mão e música alta e a piscina ficou só para eles . Não apareceu ninguém para impor as regras . Enfim paguei duas noites para nada poderia ter dormido no carro que descansava mais . Fiquei mais uma noite em Albufeira mas decidi procurar outro hotel …. Esse sim digno de 4 estrelas em todos os aspectos e mais barato .

Schoon app Erg behulpzaam personeel Heerlijk ontbijt. Airco deed het niet, maar kregen een andere kamer. Mooie ligging Heerlijk zwembad waar geen strenge badmeester was , heerlijk met je bermuda zwemmen of met een bal overgooien,alles kon.

We didn’t book this hotel , we had booked an apartment virtually next to it. The Apartment pool was disgusting so we went to Emeralds to ask if we could pay to use their pool. They were fantastic. They let us use their pool for free , just asking if we could eat there from time to time. So we did. The Staff were really excellent, so kind and friendly, ( shout out to Tony at the pool bar area) Could not fault the place , will definitely book to go there when we revisit this fabulous Albufeira. Brilliant staff super friendly & helpful, hotel was overall very clean and location was very convenient. The cons lifts extremely small and out of service quite abit and sometimes the slamming of others doors was noisy but it wasnt that bad. Overall I would stay again :)

Was attending a wedding in Albufeira,staff were extremely helpful and also the manager Francisco. Made our trip over, Nothing was to much for them. Keep up the good work 👍
