Hotel surpreendente em todos os sentidos. Staff sempre atento a todos os detalhes. A Vista do quarto é uma das mais belas que eu já, consegue-se admirar o por do sol e aí da de brinde nos deixaram um espumante no quarto para marcar este momento.

Sinceramente, ficou muito a desejar. Tinha tudo para ser excelente, mas é uma desorganização total. Falta alguém que coordene os funcionários, parece que andam por lá a fazer umas coisas. A piscina em um dos dias nem sequer foi limpa.

Stayed at Monica collection self catering for 7 nights with Friends for our special birthdays All the staff could not do enough for us from the Reception staff, cleaners and Porters. Room cleaned everyday clean towels and bedding at least every alternate days Had beautiful sea and pool to look at when sat on balcony Had a little bit of noise from the ***** but once doors shut can not hear it The rest of the murtha Clube Praida Oura is tired and needs updating . Beautiful well kept gardens surrounding hotel. Choice of pools and outside areas to sit on. Hotel right on the sandy beach. Can't comment on the restaurants in the hotel because we did not eat there 😕 lots of lovely local restaurants to try instead. Lots of groups of males and females who would be noisy late night but not sure whether this is the time of year Had a lovely relaxing holiday 😎
