My family and I stayed here and every one of us had trouble with our rooms, from extension cords in every room with several things plugged in, certainly not up to code, dirty sheets, dirty pull out couch, dirty bathrooms, dirty floors dirty mirrors dirty showers...so disappointed! Plus, when we pulled up we weren't sure the hotel was even open as it looked so rundown. Pretty sketchy.
The free breakfast was strange, with gallon containers of milk instead of dispensers, frozen egg omelets and sausage to microwave? Nothing fresh and hot ... No chafing dishes used. The only redeeming quality was the gracious and helpful staff. Signed up for the rewards program but will ask to be removed from it. Planning to ask for a refund as well as the price paid was for more upscale stay, certainly not this. I know this seems harsh but this is reality and I think management needs to know. Still waiting for a call from regional management.
