Une expérience absolument positive après trois nuits passées dans cet hôtel vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est dévoué, en permanence à votre écoute et attentionné. Ambiance chaleureuse vous permettant de ressentir une atmosphère familiale. Ma chambre (N°22°) était très propre; bien équipée et offrant une très bonne literie. La nourriture est très bonne et particulièrement le petit-déjeuner qui est excellent, copieux et offrant une grande diversité de produits frais. Je recommande cet établissement sans aucune retenu. Très bel hôtel à l'architecture originale,possédant un parking,ce qui est appréciable en ville. Accueil irréprochable,aimable,courtois et dévouè. Belles chambres parfaitement équipées,très propres,avec une excellente literie. Petit déjeuner au buffet,varié et bien garni. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette étape appréciée dans un environnement tés calme

La chambre est très fonctionnelle, propre et bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le parking est aisé et gratuit. Le personnel est très aimable et de bon conseil pour la découverte de la région. Très satisfaits.

En bons Albertins nous avons voulu redecoubrir les lieux. Nous avons passé un moment sympathique au bar lounge avec un cocktail / planche de qualité. L'Accueil très chaleureux nous donne envie d'y retourner sans hésitation pour une autre soirée piano bar.

Magnifique hôtel entièrement rénové avec beaucoup d'élégance et de goût. Les chambres sont très confortables, douillettes, et bien équipées. Le bar propose des cocktails maison incroyable avec un barman au petit soin dans un cadre cosy. Merci pour ce bel endroit, nous reviendrons.

Excellent location and 5 star service from a 3 star hotel !! The staff here are exemplary (except the guy on reception with a beard who avoids eye contact and lacks customer service skills) the hotel is clean and well presented. Special mention must go to Isabel whose local knowledge is a real asset , make this a must stay if you visit the Somme

Very mixed experience... Room was perfectly acceptable for a 3 star hotel although AC unit's best days were probably in the 1990's and housekeeping was a bit erratic. Hotel is not in centre of Albert which is important because you won't want to dine at hotel & certainly won't want to use the bar because it seemed acceptable to have no beer...? If all you want is a bed then all's fine here

We highly recommend! Fantastic food and staff! We had a lovely room with everything we needed. Anais was just wonderful helping us - my husband walks with a cane. We wish we could have stayed here longer !! We will come back. It was the prettiest place and perfect location for touring !

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble - they made us feel like family. My husband had his birthday during our stay and he was spoilt by the staff. Great location, quiet with plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again!
