Personale gentile, cortesia, competenza, pulizia e cura dei dettagli, il nostro trullo numero 34 era veramente carino, curato nei dettagli la possibilità di un secondo letto matrimoniale accessibile con scala in legno.un piccolo giardino sul retro con due sdraio molto intimo.l’ultimo trullo della piccola viuzza quindi con pochissime persone. L’unica pecca se devo trovare un difetto, la colazione portata nel cestino box, un po’ scarsa, ma siamo stati benissimo

Lo primero a tener en cuenta es que no es un hotel tradicional, de esos en los que la recepción, las habitaciones y el restaurante están en un solo edificio. Este hotel es un hotel difuso, eso significa que cada habitación es un trullo o casa tradicional separada e independiente. El encanto es alojarte así, en un trullo, modernizado por supuesto, donde además tienes todas las comodidades necesarias. El que nos tocó a mi esposa y a mí tenía también un jardín solo para nosotros donde disfrutar los atardeceres. Solo tuvimos que tener especial cuidado con los arcos bajos, muy bajos entre una habitación y otra. Cuidado con tu cabeza. En resumen, volvería, de no ser por el desayuno: Lo sirven en un restaurante cercano y es un desayuno preestablecido, no es buffet. Y es muy escaso, solo tienes derecho a una bebida, sea jugo o café, no ambos, nosotros pedimos la opción con sánduche y jugo. Si estás acostumbrado a variedad de frutas, quesos, embutidos, huevos, postres y demás y a servirte a tu gusto, olvídalo. Es la primera vez en nuestros años de viajeros en la que tuvimos que comprar en el mismo restaurante el café y otros complementos y pagarlos aparte. Me pareció inaceptable.

🇺🇸 We didn’t stay at the hostel but went there to check for a room, and we were helped by the most wonderful people: Margot and her kind father. They went above and beyond to help us find a place, showing genuine care that would make anyone’s trip unforgettable. What a gem! We already feel like we need to return to Alberobello, stay in their charming and unique space, and spend more time in this lovely little town. We can’t comment on the rooms themselves, but the hospitality and customer service are unbeatable. Oh, and they also have the sweetest little cats around, which makes the experience even more special. 100 out of 100! 🇮🇹 Non abbiamo soggiornato nell’ostello ma siamo passati a chiedere una stanza, e siamo stati accolti dalle persone più adorabili: Margot e il suo gentilissimo papà. Hanno fatto davvero di tutto per aiutarci a trovare un alloggio, con una cura e un’attenzione che renderebbero indimenticabile il viaggio di chiunque. Una vera perla! Sentiamo già il desiderio di tornare ad Alberobello, soggiornare nel loro spazio unico e accogliente e trascorrere più tempo in questa cittadina incantevole. Non possiamo parlare delle camere in sé, ma l’ospitalità e il servizio sono davvero imbattibili. Ah, e ci sono anche dei dolcissimi gattini ovunque, che rendono tutto ancora più speciale. 100 su 100!

C'est une expérience à vivre avec des enfants ! Passer une nuit dans un trullo, profiter de la ville de Alberobello à la tombée de la nuit lorsuqe tous les touristes partent, se perdre dans les petites rue de la ville (centre touristique). Le trullo est petit mais charmant. Il y avait un frigo avec des boissons et la possibilité de se faire du thée et du café. En revanche, il n'y avait pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur et donc, il a fait chaud. Mais l'expérience en vaut la peine !

Not what I was expecting, the Trullie we were given was dated, tired and worn. The bathroom was in major need of a refit. The soft furnishings are horrid, the bedcovers are full of threads and pulls and look like a relic from 50's. The bedside table came away in my hand as it is not screwed to the brackets. The two armchairs are noticeably worn. The plug is missing from the bathroom sink, no soap supplied so nothing to wash your hands with. Lots of marks on walls. The Trullie we occupied is located at top of very steep hill, within a construction zone and when we asked, we were told they start working about 7am. Very noisy area (you can hear people talking outside). I dont have anything good to say, its daggy and awful. Big disappointment, not what I was expecting, not like the photos on the website. Definitely would not recommend.

Our 4th year staying at Trullidea and we still absolutely love it. The staff are so helpful and friendly and communicated quickly and efficiently both before and during our stay. The room was our 4th different room and just as spectacular as all of the others we've stayed in --truly beautiful decor and layout with comfortable beds and efficient showers, fridge, tea and coffee maker. Breakfast delivered to the room was the icin g on the cake! We look forward to returning next year and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel.

Posizione invidiabile, dall’alto si vedeva ogni angolo di Alberobello e che dire del trullo, semplicemente fantastico . Personale gentile e accogliente

Super expérience, le trulli était très bien, le + c'est le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse vraiment très sympathique, je recommande cet hôtel.

This was the 4th time we have visited here and they were all very fine. This place actually uses trullis in the city itself. They have been renovated and are very comfortable. Since it got rather chilly we found out that the heater works very well, especially after showering. The breakfast is in a small cafe right around the corner and offered all we could want. God willing we will be back
